Management is not fair. They discriminate favoring men over women.

There really weren’t any perks. I was promised full time and benefits snd never received them. When I inquired thete was always an excuse.

Nothing honestly

Cons of working at Smith & Wollensky

The drains are horrible clogs every 20 mins. Servers are rude and filthy. No holiday pay. Dont make enough as is and there's No AC in a room where steam is forming every second!!!
