Position Summary
The Senior Manager of Strategic IT Sourcing is responsible for leading the strategic direction, execution, and continuous improvement of IT sourcing, contracting, and vendor relationship management across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
Develop and lead the execution of the enterprise-wide IT sourcing strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, digital transformation goals, and operational priorities.

Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead/Mentor a high-performing team of sourcing specialists.

Partner with operational procurement to ensure appropriate PO and other policy adoption and alignment.
Vendor Decisioning & Contract Oversight
Facilitate strategic IT vendor decisions, including competitive bids, negotiations, and contract lifecycle management.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk management requirements across all IT contracts.
Process Optimization & Innovation
Champion the use of digital sourcing tools (eRFx, eAuction, spend analytics) and best practices to enhance sourcing efficiency and transparency.
Continuously assess and improve sourcing processes, policies, and governance frameworks.
Vendor Risk & Performance Management
Assist with the implementation of robust vendor risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Oversee strategic IT vendor relationships and performance monitoring.
Participate in the tracking of global KPIs for sourcing effectiveness, vendor performance, and cost/value delivery. Develop and track additional KPIs, as needed.
Qualifications
Min 5-8 years IT Strategic Leadership w/ Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10 - 12+ years of progressive experience in IT sourcing, procurement, and vendor management, with some leadership experience in lieu of a degree
Proven success in leading complex sourcing initiatives, managing high-value IT contracts (e.g., ERP, cloud services, software licensing), and delivery cost savings.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Expertise in sourcing technologies, contract law, and vendor risk management.
Professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CSCP, ITIL) are a plus.

Requirements:
Candidate should have a solid working knowledge of silicones, their properties, and chemical composition with demonstrated formulation experience in leave on and conditioning products. Candidates with a strong background in formulation development across a wide range of personal care formulation categories including hair serums and sprays and skin care emulsions will be preferred. The ability to provide solutions to market issues such as changing regulatory requirements is required. Understanding and application knowledge of formulations, performance testing, stability and other physical characteristics is also required.
Minimum of a BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Biochemistry. Degrees in other scientific disciplines will be considered with an advanced degree in a relevant field a plus.
Experience of 10 more years in formulations and applications using silicones, preferably in the silicone industry or with silicone manufacturers.
Domestic travel will be required, with up to 20% of time on travel.

In this role, you will:
Configure, install, and maintain network hardware and software components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems.
Perform hands‑on troubleshooting, issue, and problem resolution. Leveraging packet captures and working with tools like Wireshark to root cause network related issues.
Develop and deploy network automation tools to enhance efficiency and streamline network management.
Perform network maintenance including hardware and software upgrades, migrations, capacity upgrades, and decommissioning.
Collaborate with other IT team members to integrate network systems with other applications and systems.
Develop analytics and dashboards to measure effectiveness of current environments and identify scale and value‑creation opportunities.
Provide technical support and training to end‑users as needed.
Create and update documentation for network designs, best practices, and operational procedures.
Manage hardware lifecycle, from procurement to decommissioning.
Assist in system deployment and configurations for new projects or initiatives.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure and maintain hardware and software.
Participate in duty rotation of 7‑day by 24‑hour on‑call support.
Minimum requirements for the role:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of hands‑on experience in network engineering with a significant focus on Cisco Meraki.
Expertise working with Meraki hardware and platform.
Strong understanding of Meraki cloud‑managed solutions, including LAN, Wi‑Fi, and firewall implementations.
Expert understanding of the OSI model and TCP/IP based protocols.
Proven ability to deep dive and troubleshoot complex issues to resolution at the protocol analysis level.
Deep understanding of networking protocols and policy routing configurations (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VRRP, HSRP, EIGRP, STP, RSTP, LACP, 802.1x, QoS/DSCP, etc…)
Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g., ELK, PRTG, Wireshark, etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose network issues within a Meraki environment.
An ideal candidate also has one or more:
Experience with network cloud management in AWS and GCP
Experience in designing, deploying and operating networks at scale.

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex networking and Data Center (DC) projects across multiple client environments. This role oversees end-to-end material management, hardware forecasting, and program tracking for new data center builds and backbone projects, while also providing backfill support for retrofit programs as needed. The PM is responsible for strategic planning, cross-team collaboration, and ensuring that all technical and delivery aspects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with client and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Material Management & Hardware Forecasting
Oversee material management across all DC build types
Monitor and flag hardware shortages
Prepare New Build schedules for DC regions and update milestone date shifts in appropriate trackers and tools
Provide consumption signals during demand planning
Hardware Sourcing & BOM Management
Collaborate internally for hardware sourcing; review supply sheets and discuss shortages with relevant team members
Communicate design discrepancies vs. master BOM changes to stakeholders; clarify master BOM requirements for each project
Work with design creators for BOM understanding and flag hardware delivery risks to stakeholders
Deployment, Prioritization & Escalation
Analyze dependencies between projects; optimize/prioritize hardware deployment and flag shortages
Work with the team ensure POs are accurate and prioritize gear delivery
Refer all flagged issues to stakeholders
Tracking, Analysis & Communication
Analyze gear requirements for new builds; understand milestones and track milestone shifts
Collaborate with the team for milestones and gear requirements
Build & update trackers appropriately
Facilitate transfer of hardware from central to local warehouses
Lead/coordinate weekly meetings Review and update status decks in weekly syncs

Roadmap Development & Resource Allocation

Analyze gear requirements based on specifications

Required Qualifications

Salary Range
$66,120.00 - $104,400.00 USD (Salary)
