Communicate, as needed, with Underwriting Management where the file examination has uncovered noncompliance with Company standards of underwriting. Document results of file examinations, identifying specific areas of noncompliance or deficient underwriting. Provide quality control review to identify any administrative errors which affect the quality of the product being delivered to the consumer. Technical Directors are supervised by the Festival Technical Director, who assists with build scheduling and materials ordering for all venues. The Technical Direction teams is typically 4 people (three venue TDs, and one Festival TD) CATF's designs are often realistic and in close proximity to audiences, so attention to detail is essential. Applicants must have knowledge of modern drafting techniques and multiple styles of set construction (carpentry, welding, etc). Some venues perform in rotating repertory so, experience or education in repertory design is an advantage, but not required if the applicant can clearly demonstrate the ability to think proactively about creative, efficient rep solutions. This role of Mental Health Therapist for our Transitional Living Service Division will report directly to the onsite OMHC Clinical Director and work concurrently with our administrative team and direct care departments to ensure that all clients receive the appropriate level of therapeutic services. The work hours and weekly schedule would be self-managed with evening & weekends required. Orenda offer weekly clinical supervisor to all board-certified therapist (LG/LM) that we include in our employment benefits package. Reliable transportation in all weather conditions is required for this role. Options for onsite office space usage and/or fully remote workdays is available upon request and by approval. This role will be responsible for a cross spectrum of clinical duties ranging from but not limited to, conducting individual, and/or family sessions, facilitating mental health individual sessions, facilitating weekly mental health group therapy sessions, completing mental health clinical assessments, conferring with onsite addictions counselors and completing documentation in our EMR system within the 48-hour time frame deadlines. The therapist should be comfortable working with dual diagnosis client that are actively enrolled in substance abuse treatment programs. Qualified candidates must be skilled at personal time management as well as able to prioritize their daily workload alongside unexpected crisis intervention needs. Quick calm responses and a cool head during a crisis is an indispensable skill for this position to possess. De-escalation and crisis response training is preferred but not required for this role. Position Offering: Competitive Hourly Rate: $68,000 - $76,000 ( based upon experience and licensure) 3 Weekday Evenings & Weekends Required Remote placement at Transitional Housing (2) in the Frederick area. Documentation time, travel time, and clinical meetings included 40-hour work week. Gas / Mileage reimbursement Clinical supervision provided by Orenda no additional cost. Understanding of treatment planning, clinical notations, dual diagnosis charting, mental health diagnosis and interventional skills Ability to pass local & federal background checks along with being able to clear a full panel drug screening.
