Work to be performed in the interior and exterior of the Lawrence Branch but also contribute to all Merrimack Valley YMCA properties and holdings. Under close and general supervision learns and performs a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled work in the Janitorial, Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC fields as well as other general maintenance duties required to insure the safe, clean and efficient operation of the facility. In absence of the Facilities Director will direct staff and will be regularly scheduled on-call nights and weekends (2x per month.)
