Under the supervision of the Building Superintendent, the Maintenance Person is responsible to ensure a safe, clean, well-maintained and friendly environment for members to enjoy. In the absence of a professional staff person, he/she will be directly responsible for the entire East Bridgewater Division facility including the parking lot area, security of the building and general well being of the members. Pays $21.50 - $35.00per hour DOE (Salary ranges provided are based on relevant experience and skill set) LOCATION: 151-155 Geneva Avenue, Boston SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical work and painting, etc. Requirements EDUCATION/TRAINING: REQUIRED: High School Diploma or GED Ability to read printed labels and instructions Must have a valid driver's license in good standing PREFERRED: Bilingual English/Spanish KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: REQUIRED: Minimum of six (6) months of maintenance experience Knowledge of building trades such as painting, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems PREFERRED: Previous experience in Building Maintenance Salary Description $21.50 - $35.00per hour DOE
