Responsibilities: Visit assigned neighborhoods/areas as directed Collect and record property details accurately Upload information and photos using personal handheld devices/software Ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner Follow assigned routes and project instructions with attention to detail Requirements: Must be a resident of the City of Detroit Computer literate and comfortable using smartphones/tablets Reliable internet/data access and ability to upload information from the field Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and stay organized Comfortable walking outdoors and working in various weather conditions Flexible availability for a sporadic schedule (hours vary by project needs) Schedule & Compensation: Project-based, on an as-needed basis (no guaranteed weekly hours) Flexible scheduling Competitive hourly rate
