In this position, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, definition, and adjudication of solutions that support Department of Defense federal financial budgeting, planning, execution, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on ERP-based environments, trading partner system integrations, shared services models, and full life-cycle implementation considerations. The role supports internal solution development and go-to-market priorities through leadership, individual contribution, and close collaboration with federal customers and internal technical stakeholders. Solutions developed under this role are transitioned to Client Services teams for execution following contract award. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Serve as a primary point of collaboration with federal customers and stakeholders to gather, validate, and adjudicate solution requirements supporting DoD federal financial management missions. + Analyze federal customer business processes and operational challenges and translate validated requirements into clear solution definitions for products and services. + Provide functional and technical expertise related to DoD ERP environments, including ERP deployments, migrations, sustainment, trading partner integrations, and shared services models. + Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, and innovation teams to ensure federal financial business process and trading partner integration requirements are accurately translated into solution designs and capabilities. + Assist in the collection, documentation, and refinement of solution requirements, workflows, assumptions, constraints, and integration considerations. + Support internal solution development activities by refining solution scope, assumptions, constraints, and integration considerations to support go-to-market readiness. + Serve as an action officer for solution development efforts by managing tasks, timelines, dependencies, and requirements traceability across internal stakeholders. + Establish and maintain repeatable processes, schedules, and execution rhythms to support efficient solution development and readiness. + Manage and coordinate internal solution development teams and tasking to advance solution maturity and go-to-market readiness. + Ensure solution documentation and artifacts are developed to support capture, proposal, and business development activities. + Provide regular status updates to Solutions & Innovation leadership regarding solution progress, customer requirements, risks, and dependencies. + Support proposal development activities as a solution author and reviewer and assist in identifying technical resource needs to support compliant proposal responses. + Stay abreast of advances in DoD financial systems, ERP platforms, trading partner integrations, shared services models, and implementation approaches to inform solution evolution. **Required Skills & Experience** + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or commensurate experience. + Prior government employment (civilian or military) or demonstrated deep experience supporting DoD government organizations, with a strong understanding of government roles and responsibilities for managing business processes and technically enabling those processes. + At least ten (10) years of experience in one or more of the following areas in a federal or enterprise solutions environment: + Department of Defense federal financial management systems and federal financial business processes across OMB Circular A-11, Part 83, including Object Classes 11 through 99 + SAP and/or Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems operating within DoD environments + Multiple full life-cycle ERP implementations, including design, configuration, integration, testing, migration, deployment, and sustainment + Integration of ERPs with DoD trading partner systems (e.g., payroll, travel, logistics, medical, personnel, or other mission systems) + Operation or support of shared services support organizations, including providing solutions for customer onboarding and sustainment + Demonstrated experience collaborating directly with federal customers to gather, validate, and adjudicate solution requirements and translating those requirements into solution definitions for products and services. + Experience working with technical teams, system integrators, or engineering organizations. + Demonstrated experience producing Functional Design Documentation (FDD) and collaborating closely with technical teams on Technical Design Documentation (TDD). + Experience applying multiple ERP implementation methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Scaled Agile, to define solution requirements for migration-enabling tools and products. + Proven ability to manage tasks, schedules, dependencies, and requirements traceability while keeping teams aligned and accountable across multiple stakeholders. + Experience establishing repeatable processes to support efficient execution and solution development. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. **Desired Skills & Experience** + Experience supporting capture, proposals, or go-to-market solution development in a DoD or federal contracting environment. + Familiarity with Agile portfolio
