The Rotational Hotel Cook, Level 2, position is responsible for the preparation, production, and presentation of a variety of foods, completion of production sheets and with other associated food service activities. This position will support the Qavartarvik Customer Lodge, a 109-room hotel in Bethel, AK, with a full service restaurant and cafe. This is a rotational position in Bethel, AK.
