We're looking for a Customer Support Manager to join the Spectacles team at Snap Inc!
**What You'll Do:**
+ Deliver world-class customer support for Spectacles customers.
+ Mentor and support Spectacles Support Specialists (agents) delivering omni-channel customer support.
+ Review customer escalations and work with Legal/ other functions to resolve.
+ Review team members' performance, and provide feedback and training to help improve the quality of reviews.
+ Liaise with our in region logistics partners for deliveries/ reverse logistics.
+ Assess processes and identify inefficiencies to improve your team's workflow.
+ Drive improvements and implement new workflows working cross-functionally with IT/Legal/ Marketing.
+ Serve as a consultative partner on Spectacles customer journeys and the impacts of new initiatives.
+ Program manage delivery of new customer support enhancements.
**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
+ An understanding of what makes for good customer experiences and a passion for support.
+ Call center/contact center experience.
+ Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment and balance multiple workflows.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Experience working with remote teams and 3rd party resource providers.
+ Effective communication and collaboration skills 360.
+ Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadline.
+ Experience writing process flows and customer support copy.
+ Passionate about new technologies and their applications.
+ Proven program management and delivery experience.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
+ 3+ years of relevant work experience, 1+ year management experience leading others.
+ Experience with Zendesk and Jira (or similar ticket managing tools).
+ Excellent with data, with advanced Excel skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Language capabilities (Arabic/ French) an advantage.

We're looking for a Studio Coordinator to join the Generative ML Platform team in Santa Monica, CA!
Responsibilities:
+ Operate a wide range of studio equipment and assignments to support high-quality production workflows.
+ Set up, operate, and maintain cameras, recording systems, calibration tools, and lighting equipment to ensure optimal recording sessions. Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize equipment performance to minimize downtime.
+ Execute recording sessions according to established protocols, ensuring clear communication, accuracy in instruction delivery, and adherence to scripts and recording standards.
+ Prepare recorded materials for downstream processing, including cueing, executing video tasks, basic editing, archiving, and managing digital content using both software and hardware tools as needed.
+ Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all collected data. Perform data quality activities such as QC checks, data evaluation, quality analysis, and implementing improvements to uphold studio data standards.
+ Maintain effective communication with team members and the Manager to support smooth studio operations. Provide clear daily reports, session summaries, and status updates. Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
+ Respond promptly to questions and comments in work chats and provide timely updates.
+ Liaise with casting agencies and models; maintain professional, friendly communication to ensure a comfortable and productive recording environment.
+ Maintain up-to-date internal documentation on a daily basis, including operational notes, workflow updates, and task details.
+ Create and maintain technical documentation related to studio processes, equipment usage, and workflow guidelines.
+ Prepare documentation required for recording sessions and downstream workflow management.
+ Demonstrate proficient operating skills and the ability to perform effectively under strict timelines and rapidly changing conditions.
+ Manage visitor registrations using the studio's security systems.
+ Monitor studio inventory levels and notify appropriate teams of upcoming equipment needs or shortages.

What you'll do:
Develop test solutions (both hardware and software) used to test the RF and wireless subsystems of Spectacles.
Create test plans and report creation tools that support the validation of those wireless subsystems.
Author clear and comprehensive documentation.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Fundamental understanding of RF engineering principles and measurements at the physical layer
Understanding the test methodology for wireless standards such as WiFi, Bluetooth, BLE, cellular, etc.
Demonstrated ability to use AND automate common RF and electrical test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signaling and non-signaling testers, and power supplies.
Ability to create test environments using Python, Labview, or other software tools
Direct experience automating and/or scripting android and/or linux embedded devices.

The Legal & Policy Team is Snap's dedicated in-house law firm, policy consultant, lobbyist, thought partner, and all-around advisor. This team helps Snap do the right thing the right way, make better decisions, understand and manage risks, and creatively navigate challenges, both external and internal. We're looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join Snap's Corporate Legal Team! You will play a key role in partnering with and advising the Legal, Finance, Strategy, People, and other cross-functional teams on cutting edge legal issues globally. You will assist in public reporting requirements, SEC filings, corporate governance, and entity management.
What you'll do:
Maintain executive officer and director beneficial ownership, draft and file Section 16 filings, and assist with Snap's stock plan administration and insider trading prevention program
Coordinate and prepare board meeting materials for domestic and international entities, including drafting memos, minutes, and resolutions
Manage Snap's global entities, including entity formation, dissolutions, organizational changes, and annual reports and other statutory filings
Draft agreements and certificates, and develop and continuously improve templates and processes
Provide support on acquisitions and investments, including diligence review, integration, closing mechanics, and monitoring
Assist with other securities and NYSE requirements, including Snap's Quarterly and Annual reports, Form 8-Ks, registration statements (Form S-3, S-8), annual stockholder meeting, and listing requirements
Help establish and implement best practices for corporate legal and cross-functional teams
Assist the corporate legal team with other projects as needed
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience working as a paralegal with a fast-growth company in the technology space
Familiarity with general corporate matters and governance; knowledge of corporate, SEC, M&A, entity management, and investment terminology and principles.
Outstanding analytical, communication, organizational, and time management skills
Detail-oriented, business-friendly team player, with an ability to accommodate tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle stressful situations and ability to maintain calm and professional regardless of circumstance
Strong ability to handle multiple internal clients with numerous and varying needs
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
Be willing and excited to wear many hats across many teams to contribute to the business in any way possible
Minimum Qualifications:
B.A. or equivalent years of experience
3+ years paralegal experience, with a portion of it working with the corporate legal team in-house or at a law firm
Preferred Qualifications:
J.D. degree
Experience with entity management software

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):
The base hourly range for this position is $47.11-$70.19 hourly.
Zone B:
The base hourly range for this position is $44.71-$66.82 hourly.
Zone C:
The base hourly range for this position is $39.9-$59.61 hourly.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
