Matt is an industry veteran with an impressive entrepreneurial background, ranging from startups to established companies. His strategic vision, deep lending experience, and commitment to doing better for ALICE has led to the continued growth and success of Snap Finance. Prior to founding Snap to meet consumer demand for financing across the country, he co-founded Snap Advances, a digital merchant finance company that provides working and expansion capital and credit card processing to small and midsize businesses throughout the United States.

Matt earned an MS from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University.

Bart Longson is a Chief Executive Officer and Founder at Snap Finance and is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

I enjoy building businesses. Whether as an executive, an investor, or a board member, I love helping high potential, entrepreneurial companies facing important inflection points.

As both private equity investor and senior operating executive, I have led companies through periods of rapid growth and through times of challenge and change, creating profitable and sustainable companies. Areas of particular interest include consumer goods and services, specialty finance, real estate and home building, and the energy industry. Nearly all of my experiences have benefited from either M&A or raising capital.

Amol brings over 20 years of experience both as a fintech entrepreneur and a seasoned technology executive. He spent a decade at PayPal, from its early mobile team where he led mobile product innovation by building its Global Mobile API platform, to expanding PayPal’s mobile footprint across Europe, Latin America and Asia Pacific, and thereafter leading its Global Business Development for mobile, device and platform partnerships. He has held senior management roles at large technology companies like PayPal, Intel, Allcargo Logistics and also founded a successful mobile payments startup ConvergeLabs.

Amol holds a BS (Honors) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley, MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. His interests include hiking and volunteering.

Bryan Allen is a Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel at Snap Finance.

Doris M. Hektor SVP, Chief Compliance and Risk Officer is a SVP Chief Risk&Compliance Officer at Snap Finance and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. She has worked as Senior Attorney at Clifford Chance, Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at Midland Credit Management US An Encore Capital Group Company, and Senior Vice President/Managing Director Compliance at JPMorgan Chase &. Doris studied at Universitaet des Saarlandes between 1991 and 1994; Ministry of Justice, Saarbruecken between 1983 and 1989; and Universitas Saraviens between 1991 and 1994.

Executive with experience on financial corporate environments. Interested on Usability and Interaction Design, Microsoft Technologies and Open Source environments. Fan of multi-layered client/server applications well designed and useful.

As former office managing partner with PWC, Spencer has a sound financial acumen, bringing a unique combination of public accounting, executive leadership, corporate development and direct-to-consumer retail experience to the Company. His corporate experience includes operational and financial leadership in companies directing growth, restructuring, and strategy in range of companies from early stage ventures to large enterprise and private and public companies in many industries including consumer goods, high tech, finance, and retail.

Spencer earned a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University. To start his day off right, he prefers an early-morning bike ride in the canyons of the Wasatch Front in the Rocky Mountains.

Upendra Mardikar serves as Vice President within the Technology organization at American Express, where he is responsible for security strategy, architecture, engineering and application security. In this capacity, Upendra leads the development of strategic security architecture and provides engineering guidance for advanced security solutions. His team also creates risk-based approaches to developing and driving the maturity of Information Security-as-a Service across the enterprise. Upendra has more than 20 years of experience conceptualizing, building, scaling and leading security teams in locations worldwide. Prior to joining American Express in 2014, he held executive positions at Visa and PayPal.
