Job Description We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner who ensures the executive's day-to-day operations run smoothly, handles confidential information with discretion, and serves as a key liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Hybrid position with at least three onsite days per week in West Valley (Tues-Thurs); schedule may vary as business needs evolve.
