Position Summary
The Customer Care Agent is responsible for customer retention and satisfaction by servicing the needs of Snap Kitchen customers via email, chat, and various review platforms. Team performance depends on speedy responses, professional communications and efficient resolution of issues.
What you will do...
Responsible for establishing and achieving world class customer care service levels via email, AI chat and phone or social media on occasion.
Manage customer cases end-to-end, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Provide accurate answers to inquiries about products, orders, subscriptions, policies,
website navigation, account access, and payment concerns.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive
tone.
Document all customer interactions in Freshdesk system with accuracy and detail.
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
Monitor and report on recurring customer feedback, issues, or trends. Send bi-weekly
ops and retail summaries to the appropriate stakeholders.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and company
policies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to
ensure a seamless customer experience and identify opportunities to improve
internal processes
Uphold company values and brand voice in all written communications.
Handle all charge disputes by providing necessary information to financial
institutions.
Regularly review and improve upon canned and AI messages to ensure consistent,
relevant and personalized messaging.
Action customer retention initiatives such as welcome emails, milestone check-ins,
and white glove service to VIPs.
Who you are...
4-6 years' work experience in ecommerce customer care, preferably food/delivery related
Passionate about excellent customer service
Highly proficient with online tools including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint) and best in class customer care tools
Acute attention to detail and ability to research / problem solve issues
Friendly, up-beat and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic

Position Summary

Provide building coverage during scheduled WiNGS programming; opening and closing the building during evening or and/or weekends.

Conduct intake assessments and benefit screenings to assess client's entry into WiNGS programming.
Complete benefit screening follow-up calls with members, ensuring they received necessary assistance and referrals.
