Prior to CNA, Andy served as vice president of strategy for the middle market commercial businesses at Travelers Insurance. In this role, Andy drove profitable growth initiatives across an $8 billion business unit and led the development of the Business Insurance Operating Model. Prior to Travelers, Andy worked with a variety of insurance clients at Diamond Management and Technology Consultants, implementing growth strategies, improving operational efficiencies, and leveraging technology.

Andy has authored multiple articles and white papers that have been featured in national publications such as the Wall-Street Journal, Best Review Magazine and Carrier Management. Andy holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington.
