Department Overview In Bloom's Customer Installations Group (CIG), the civil engineering team focuses on the physical setup and integration of infrastructure systems within a facility, site, or project. General Purpose of the Position: The Project Engineer acts as a key link between Systems Engineering, Operations, and field execution teams.
