Commercial General Liability (CGL) Litigation Specialist.
This is a full time, exempt role
100% remote
Pay Rate: 90-105K
This position requires daily telephone contacts with the commercial line policyholders, risk managers, and agents. Fully responsible for the analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation and resolution of complex commercial claims requiring thorough investigations including telephone contacts with the involved parties; technical expertise and complex analysis. Claim assignments are multi-state and involve commercial customers.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Must have or secure and maintain appropriate states adjuster license (s) and continuing education credits.
Responsible for the settlement of CGL litigated cases, involving disputes over coverage, liability, and damages issues.
Gather the facts and analyze the statements/testimony and declaration of damages to develop claims resolution strategies.
Work in partnership with defense counsel and all other parties/vendors to bring about a timely cost effective conclusion.
Identifies possibly suspicious claims
Claims handled are transferred existing losses or first notice lawsuits over disputed issues of great complexity where the policyholder's coverage is in question.
These claims require the highest level of investigation, analysis, evaluation, and negotiation.
Responsible for all aspects of each claim, including informal hearings, arbitrations and claims litigation and maintaining a high level of productivity, confidentiality and customer service.
Will be utilized as a technical resource by adjusters.
Will represent the company at mediation, arbitration and trials.
Review and analyze contracts, leases, and identify risk transfer opportunities
Demonstrate ability to write positional coverage letters.
Manage litigation expenses.

Typically has 3-5 years Commercial General Liability Litigation experience with insurance carrier.

What You'll Experience

Key Performance Objectives
Resolve Customer Cases with Accuracy and Speed: Within 90 days of onboarding completion, independently resolve at least 80-85% of assigned support cases within defined SLAs. Maintain a personal queue with less than 5% overdue cases while achieving high accuracy and documentation standards.
Debug Complex Application Issues: Analyze and resolve at least 1 complex customer issues per week that require code-level debugging (e.g., PowerBuilder, SQL, .NET, PLSQL). Submit detailed root cause analysis and resolution notes for all resolved issues.
Deliver a Positive Customer Experience: Achieve a minimum customer satisfaction rating of 4.5+ based on follow-up surveys and feedback. Keep customers proactively informed during the resolution lifecycle for all active cases.
Grow Subject Matter Expertise in Target Modules: Demonstrate a deep functional understanding of 1-2 prescribed PowerPlan products and utilize to resolve customer issues independently. Regularly contribute insights to internal knowledge base and assist peers with module-specific escalations.
Demonstrate Technical Leadership: Write or update 5+ reusable knowledge base articles or scripts to improve team efficiency and self-service support. Mentor junior analysts and share techniques during team huddles or retrospectives.
Support and Improve Team Processes: Participate in at least one team process improvement initiative per quarter (e.g., case triage optimization, tool enhancement). Provide feedback that leads to measurable time savings or increased resolution quality.
Maintain Operational Flexibility: Support after-hours or on-call rotations without SLA breaches or customer escalations. Demonstrate adaptability by handling cross-module cases and working varied shifts as required.

Development of Framatome ALARA Plans specific for Framatome maintenance activities, especially with first-of-a-kind or nonroutine maintenance activities. This may include participation in mockup training for determining detailed job steps and time study of these maintenance activities.
Participating in Design Review Boards from an ALARA Engineering aspect for suggestions and improvement on exposure savings or reduction.
Reporting and tracking of ALARA Metrics associated with Framatome maintenance activities and personnel.
Assisting with transportation / logistics activities to ensure compliance with 49 CFR Parts 100 to 177 for Class 7 materials.
Framatome ALARA also supports Industrial Safety as a combined discipline.
Knowledge of Industrial Safety is required based on previous experience as an experienced Nuclear Worker.
OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Training will be required, pursuit of additional Safety Training is always encouraged.
Liaising and coordination with Framatome Safety, Customers Safety, Framatome maintenance crew, on industrial safety is required.
Performing Job Hazard Analysis development and review and Safety Industrial Safety Plans.
Intermittent ALARA and RP Support at Framatome's local licensed facility.

Responsibilities * Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods (METHOD/S) of inspection * Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
* Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
* Identify, track, manage and mitigate risk on specific client engagements. Escalate these issues when necessary to ensure minimal impact to quality, budget, and timeline.
* Review asset documentation and operational data; including inspection data, monitoring, and auditing associated NDE activities.
* Complete integrity assessments including physical site walkdowns when required.
* Prepare project reports including description of work done, conclusion and recommendations.
* Perform specialized inspections
* Must have experience developing techniques for approval by customer certifying agents.
* May instruct and supervise others.
* Other work duties as assigned.
* Extensive knowledge of ASME and API requirements and procedures pertaining to the evaluation of applicable equipment for continued serviceability.
* Knowledge of industry health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Some college preferred

* Current NDT certifications in (METHOD/S; UT, UTPA, PAUT, CR, DR, etc.) required.
* Supervisory experience is a plus.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
