Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of power, gas, transmission, and renewable energy contracts. Provide timely, well-researched, and practical legal analysis and guidance in response to requests for legal assistance from various departments at TEA. Coordinate with Legal team members and external counsel in managing TEA's intellectual property (IP) portfolio, including trademark registrations, patent prosecution, and other IP matters. Manage contract workflows, approvals, execution, and record keeping in coordination with other Legal team members and departments. What You Bring: J.D. degree from an accredited law school. 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in a corporate legal department, large law firm, or both. Active bar membership (Florida bar preferred). Expertise in commercial and financial contracts, with a deep understanding of industry standards and negotiation strategies. Responsibilities: Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 25 clients Energize and motivate clients throughout rowing sessions Build Row House class attendance and retaining retain current clientele Teach proper rowing technique to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations, including, but not limited to Row House University or any required continuing education Handle member concerns when applicable Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed Set up rowers and explain the class format for prospects and new clients Maintain a strong social media presence to increase class following Requirements: Love of boutique fitness is a must - Rowing passion is a strong plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to create a high energy, positive environment that welcomes all people Fantastic communication skills and that exudes energy AND empathy Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve goals Passion for having fun daily and making every customer excited to get on the erg Must exude charisma & thrive in a group environment Fitness certification and indoor rowing experience preferred Must submit a brief demo video as part of the interview/audition process Compensation: $20-30/hour Broaden your fitness expertise with a hot, new concept that is taking the indoor rowing industry by storm.
