Duties and Responsibilities
Responds to client, user, and occupant complaints to troubleshoot issues and ensure appropriate operation of each property.
? Ensures orderly, professional appearance of building common areas, parking areas and grounds, keeping property neat and tidy.
? Monitors performance of property systems including lighting, fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing, and parking equipment to ensure operation of equipment is within parameters set by Chief Building Engineer and provides excellent client, user, and occupant satisfaction.
? Makes recommendations to Chief Building Engineer on methods to improve property or system performance and/or client satisfaction.
? Performs routine preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
? Escorts and oversees work performed by outside contractors and vendors. Contracted work includes HVAC, plumbers, remodeling, life safety, etc.
? Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
? Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
? Maintains the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements.
? Performs welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.
? Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
? Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.

The Physical Therapy Assistant Provides clinical physical therapy treatments for program participants on acute, restorative and maintenance levels as needed. Follows the treatment plan as per Registered Physical Therapist assessment and documented care plan.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate from a physical therapist assistant curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Colorado.
Minimum of one-year experience working with the frail or elderly population required.

Perform and record, if required, as specified by the planned treatment program, non-evaluative on-going data: Measurements of vital signs, range of motion, strength and linear increments; Types of assistive mobility devices used, and the distances covered; Results of tests and evaluations performed by the registered physical therapist.
Respond to psych-social support needs of the participant and/or the participant's family.
Communicate appropriately and effectively with all personnel and to document according to professional standards.
Keep timely records, meet regularly with the Registered Physical Therapist and attend care conferences as requested.
Participate in patient care conferences and other rehabilitation related meetings as appropriate.
Communicate with Registered Physical Therapist and IDT members regarding patient progress, problems and plans.
Participate in in-service training programs for all staff in the facility.
Instruct participant and family members and nursing staff in restorative and therapeutic maintenance programs.
Abides by regulations pertaining to PACE as established by Federal and State Agencies and the Volunteers of America Health Facilities policies.
Attends required in-services & completes assigned online modules.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsible for medication reconciliation through transition periods (LTC/Hospital/ALF discharge) for all participants and facilitating any changes required.
Responsible for communication with both PACE and community-based providers in regard to medication orders, clarifications, and pharmacy recommendations. Also responsible for communication between pharmacy and prescriber.
Responsible for attendance and participation in IDT.
Responsible for coordinating with local pharmacies to obtain urgent medications that are not available through on-site dispensing. Coordination involves transmission of medication order, demographics, and insurance billing information.
Responsible for inventory and maintenance of on-site medication stock as provided through pharmacy. Also responsible for equipment and computer maintenance and reporting functions.
Responsible for obtaining signed prescriptions for required controlled substances and delivery of those signed prescriptions to the dispensing pharmacy.
Responsible for entering all medication orders for new enrollments, setting up pharmacy cycle, delivery system, assistive systems if needed, linking diagnosis information to medications (through H&P), and verifying all information in writing with participant's primary care provider. Also responsible for coordinating medications for dis-enrolling participants to provide needed medications for a period of twenty-eight (28) days after leaving program.
Responsible for communication with participant and/or family as needed or required.
Alternative Medication Delivery Systems: Responsible for filling alternative medication delivery systems (MRB, Med-E-Lert, etc.) in accordance with medication orders and organizational policies/ procedures.
Responsible for in-house monitoring of participant INR values, dose adjustment, and dispensing of Coumadin for participants, under the direction and supervision of Medication Manager.
Responsible for making medication changes to currently filled delivery systems in accordance with medication orders and organizational policies/ procedures.
Responsible for coordinating delivery of medications from pharmacy to participant either through direct carrier shipping or delivery through or from PACE center.
Responsible for restocking and inventory control of ATM machines at the direction of contracted pharmacy. Also responsible for conducting periodic inventory audit as needed or required.

Compensation Details:
Commissions for this position are calculated based on location and revenue metrics, sales and individual performance, subject to the terms of the plan.
Estimated $65,000 - $95,000 / Year
In the event that total compensation in a pay period is less than minimum wage, clocked hours will be calculated with a guarantee of applicable local or state minimum wage, whichever is greater.
Supplemental Pay:
This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.

Precisely install and run drain-waste-vent (DWV), water lines, tub sets, gas line installations, and pump installations according to code and up to quality standards of the company.
Thoroughly understand and apply state code in all projects without fail.
Correctly read and interpret job site prints and builder start packs.
Helpfully provide direction, guidance, and feedback to apprentices and invest in the training and development of all apprentices by taking time to answer questions and share insight.
Deliberately stock, stage, and layout for each project by taking time to diligently prepare by reading plans, gathering materials, taking walk-throughs to prepare for all aspects of the project.
Patiently organize and clean jobsite and truck each day to maintain professional appearance and accurate maintenance and tracking of all materials.
Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality to adhere to work schedule.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality of work standards.
Reliably live out company core values daily including taking pride in one's work by demonstrating first time quality work.
Harmoniously build relationships with team members across all trades on each job site.
Willingly demonstrate excellent work ethic to all trainees and apprentices.
Cooperatively communicate with superintendent daily at the morning huddle and all members of the team, including other trades, as project needs dictate.
Accurately complete all paperwork in a timely fashion to meet any deadlines for documents including time sheets, process job folders, and punch sheets.
QUALIFICATIONS
Motivated work ethic.
Clear verbal communication skills.
Basic mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Ability to read, write, and interpret reports and documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, procedure manual, and blueprints / CAD drawings.
Critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve independently.
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Valid driver license is required.
Obtain apprentice licensing in appropriate states.
Exposed to outdoor weather conditions including rain, humidity, snow, wind, cold, and heat.
The environment may include very loud noises, working near mechanical and moving parts, working at various heights, and small, awkward, confining workspaces.
There is the possibility of inhalation of fumes and airborne particles as well as the risk of electrical shock and vibrations.
Must be able to do the following activities for most of the workday: stand, walk, use hands or fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, see, talk, and hear.
Must be able to climb or balance regularly.
Near constant lifting or carrying of items of various weights, typically up to 10 pounds most of the day. Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds on occasion.
Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, work with the fingers, and perceive attributes of objects and materials.
Wear job site-specific personal protective equipment and be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Possible travel to out of town/out of state projects
