About the role - CDL Class B Driver (Zephyr, TX)
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a CDL Class B Driver within our Orica USA Commercial team.
This role will be responsible for driving and operating Orica's bulk trucks (Mobile Manufacturing Units ) and installing blasting products for our customers at local construction sites, mines, and quarries as well as being accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment.
This is a blended role that consists of 40% driving and 60% physical work related to the installation of blasting products. Responsibilities include product loading, driving a CDL truck, pulling hoses, and climbing on and off the truck in all types of weather conditions.
Additionally, this role will operate plant and equipment to provide blasting products while assisting in delivering a high-quality service of bulk explosives to customers. We prioritize safety and strive to ensure that all operations are always conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Work schedule
Monday through Friday
Local driving (2-3 hours)
Early morning starts at approximately 4 AM - 5 AM
Work approximately 10-12 hours per day
Overtime may be needed
Up to 10% of overnight travel may be required
What you will be doing
This is a hybrid position, consisting of approximately 40% driving and 60% physical work.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, including checking and refilling fluid levels.
Ability to safely hook up and unhook trailers
Operate emulsion tanker trucks and box trucks as part of daily responsibilities.
Ensure raw materials and hazardous goods are handled, stored, and used in compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
Minimize environmental impact through waste reduction and control practices.
Immediately report any unusual incidents or accidents.
Actively participate in daily toolbox talks and monthly safety meetings to promote a safe and collaborative work environment.
What you will bring
Minimum of one year of experience in driving and/or material handling (preferred).
Solid understanding of DOT regulations (required).
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent attention to detail and basic math skills to manage daily inventory tasks.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects, daily responsibilities, and urgent situations to maintain efficiency.
Physical requirements
Work is performed outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and carry 50 pounds or more of product or materials.
Requires the ability to load product, pull large hoses, fill drilled holes, and climb on and off trucks.
Frequent shoveling of gravel to fill drilled holes throughout the day.
Regular pushing and pulling while working with equipment.
Other physical activities include frequent bending, squatting, and general mobility throughout the workday.

Tanker endorsement preferred.

Drive Axles: Inspect housings for leaks; Change oil and filter, if required, and clean breathers.
Driveline: Lubricate drive line; Inspect components for wear or damage.
Gas Engines-All Engines: Check and adjust oil levels; Identify unusual noises, and oil leaks.
Fuel Systems: Replace and prime fuel filter; Check gas and diesel fuel system components such as fuel lines, pickup tubes, return lines, etc... for proper integrity and condition.
Preventive Maintenance: Proper lube techniques; Minimal tire inspection; Brake check/applied stroke; Battery check; Under vehicle check/loose components; Initial Fault code identification; All PMs (PM298) including C supplements to exclude overheads, engine brake overhauls, DPF servicing, clean doser injector, servicing ArvinMeritor unitized hubs, inspect Lece Neville alternator brushes, inspect modulator system for proper operation, inspect/adjust shift selector cable, pop test Isuzu injectors
Steering and Non-driven Axles and Alignment: Lubricate grease fittings, check and adjust fluid levels; Check and adjust toe; Check all steering components for wear; Check and adjust trailer axle alignment; Adjust wheel bearings including replacement of wheel seal.
Suspension-Chassis and Cab: Identify makes and models; Identify normal operation; Identify and repair minor air leaks; Identify malfunctions of basic nature, broken springs, excessive wear on bushings, etc.
Tire and Wheel Maintenance: Perform air pressure checks; Check tread depth; Identify tires that need to be changed or repaired; Perform tire P.M. checks; Replace tire and wheel assemblies; Mount/dismount and rotate tires; Perform tire/wheel checks/repairs per (TW298)
Vehicle Coupling System (PM): Lubricate fifth wheel plate and slider mechanism; Operate slider mechanism.
Utilize key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation available. - Perform work in accordance with all federal/ provincial and corporate compliance guidelines (i.e. safety, DOT). Use internal and external maintenance documents.
Ensure proper maintenance of all service, safety and environmental records required to meet and/or exceed corporate, federal, state, and local government mandated requirements.
Accountable for key maintenance measurements established by company policy, related to the inspection and performance of PMs, brakes, tires, wheels, including any maintenance items directly associated with the safety of the customer.

Monitor and analyze risk while preparing risk mitigation plans with root cause analysis and systemic problem solving
Participate as a member of the Material Review Board team and lead proposed corrective actions
Perform internal audits to ensure process maturity and capability while ensuring compliance for our customer, production, and supply chain functions
Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure compliance
Train future team members in quality principles and systems

About the role - CDL Class B Driver (Louisville, TN)
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a CDL Class B Driver within our Orica USA Commercial team.
This role will be responsible for driving and operating Orica's bulk trucks (Mobile Manufacturing Units) and installing blasting products for our customers at local construction sites, mines, and quarries as well as being accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment.
This is a hybrid role that consists of approximately 40% driving and 60% physical work related to the installation of blasting products. Responsibilities include loading products, driving a Class B CDL truck, pulling hoses, operating manufacturing units control systems, and climbing on and off the bulk truck in various weather conditions.
Additionally, this role will operate equipment to provide blasting products while assisting in delivering a high-quality service of bulk explosives to customers. We prioritize safety and strive to ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times.

Early morning starts at approximately 4 AM - 5 AM

What you will be doing

Minimize environmental impact through waste reduction and control practices.

About The Role: CDL Class B Driver (Charlestown, IN)
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for a CDL Class B Driver within our Orica USA Commercial team.
This role will be responsible for driving and operating Orica's bulk trucks (Mobile Manufacturing Units) and installing blasting products for our customers at local construction sites, mines, and quarries as well as being accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment.
This is a hybrid role that consists of approximately 40% driving and 60% physical work related to the installation of blasting products. Responsibilities include loading products, driving a Class B CDL truck, pulling hoses, operating manufacturing units control systems, and climbing on and off the bulk truck in various weather conditions.
Additionally, this role will operate equipment to provide blasting products while assisting in delivering a high-quality service of bulk explosives to customers. We prioritize safety and strive to ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times.

What you will be doing

About the Position:
The Safety/Security Coordinator supports and promotes a culture of safety across port terminal and warehouse operations. This role ensures compliance with OSHA , U.S. Coast Guard , Maritime Safety Regulations , U.S. Customs, EPA, and Florida-specific safety laws. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, facilitating training, assisting with terminal security compliance, investigating incidents, and ensuring that all employees, contractors, and visitors follow company and regulatory safety/security procedures. Expectation is that you will devote your full business time, attention, and best efforts to the performance of your duties and the company's interests. Some travel between other maritime terminals located in Jacksonville and/or conferences will be required.
Key Responsibilities
Safety/Security Program Compliance & Implementation
Enforce compliance with OSHA 29 CFR 1917 , OSHA 29 CFR 1918 , and applicable USCG 33 CFR 105/126, EPA, Florida Department of Environment, & Florida Department of Transportation safety/security requirements.
Applicable U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements related to cargo handling, CTPAT participation, and secure movements of import/export cargoes.
Assist the FSO with implementing and maintaining the approved Facility Security Plan, access control, TWIC verifications, escorting procedures, designation and enforcement of secure/restricted areas, and cargo security measures.
Coordinate with USCG, CBP, and other federal, state, and local agencies as needed regarding facility inspections, drills, exercises, and security incidents.
Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety/security procedures for vessel loading/unloading, cargo handling, heavy equipment operation, stevedoring, warehouse operations and storage, auto logistics processing, and rail car loading/unloading operations.
Coordinate compliance with TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) security protocols, environmental protection, stormwater, and hazardous materials.
Maintain awareness of Florida environmental hazards such as extreme heat, high humidity, hurricanes, and severe storms; update emergency action plans accordingly.
Coordinate safety meetings, toolbox talks, safety stand-downs, and drills or exercises.
Training & Safety Education
Conduct new-hire safety/security orientations, emphasizing port and warehouse hazards.
Facilitate regular toolbox talks, safety stand-downs, and emergency drills.
Provide specialized training for PPE usage, hazard communication (HazCom), confined space entry, lockout/tagout procedures, powered industrial trucks operations, heat stress, fall protection, vessel familiarization, respiratory use, security procedures, and other regulatory or company-required training courses.
Track training certifications in the company's EHS database, EHS Insight.
3. Inspections & Hazard Control
Perform and document daily, weekly, monthly, and/or annual inspections of terminals, vessels, warehouses, docks, auto processing yards, and cargo storage areas.
Identify and address hazards, including trip/fall risks, improper cargo securing, equipment malfunctions, chemical storage violations, environmental spill risks, and security implementation requirements.
Inspect and assist in maintaining safety/security equipment such as fire extinguishers, emergency eyewash stations, AEDs, first aid cabinets, radios, cameras, and spill response kits.
Participate in internal and external audits, including those from USCG, CBP, OSHA, EPA, insurance, and corporate safety.
4. Incident Response & Investigation
Respond to and assist in workplace accidents, injuries, near-misses, hazardous material spills, and security incidents in compliance with OSHA and USCG reporting requirements. Document and preserve evidence from incident scenes.
Ensure proper notification and reporting to internal and external parties.
Lead/assist incident investigations using 5 whys; identify root causes and corrective/preventive actions CAPAs.
Maintain accurate and timely injury/illness logs per OSHA 300/301 requirements, and Florida and US Longshore and Harbor Workers, Workers' Compensation laws.
5. Reporting & Recordkeeping
Prepare and distribute safety/security performance reports for management and regulatory agencies as required.
Support facility security as an assistant FSO in implementing required USCG security regulations.
Maintain documentation of safety meetings, training, inspections, incident investigations, required regulatory plans/manuals/SOPs, security incidents, and environmental incidents as required.
Support audit preparation for OSHA, USCG, CBP, other regulatory agencies, and insurance inspections.
6. Qualifications and Expectations (Required/Preferred)
Required - Ability to maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
Preferred - OSHA 30-hour Maritime or General Industry certification.
Preferred - First Aid/CPR/AED certification.

The supervisor leads a team of technicians responsible for cosmetic, structural, and paint repairs on import/export vehicles processed through the terminal.
Essential Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight for all body shop operations, including cosmetic and structural repairs, refinishing, and paint work, ensuring that production goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines are consistently met.
Supervise and assign daily work orders; monitor progress and inspect completed work to verify accuracy, finish quality, and compliance with OEM and Enstructure standards.
Lead, train, and develop a team of body shop technicians, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Plan and prioritize repair schedules to align with overall vehicle processing goals, port logistics timelines, and customer expectations.
Coordinate closely with internal departments, including Operations, Quality Control, Yard Management, Transport, and Customer Service, to maintain efficient vehicle flow through the terminal.
Maintain a safe, compliant, and organized work environment by enforcing OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies, ensuring proper PPE use and adherence to environmental standards.
Manage and control inventory of paint, parts, tools, and repair materials; oversee vendor relationships and purchasing to ensure cost-effective operations.
Track and analyze production data, repair times, and performance metrics to identify trends and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and quality.
Prepare, maintain, and present repair documentation, production reports, and quality control records for management and customer review.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction.
Uphold and promote Enstructure's core values of safety, integrity, teamwork, and operational excellence in all aspects of the operation.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification in auto body repair or collision technology preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in an automotive body repair, collision center, or logistics operations, including 2 or more years in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong knowledge of vehicle body repair, paint processes, and refinishing techniques.
Understanding of port terminal operations, auto logistics, or large-scale vehicle processing preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proficient with repair estimating software and standard computer applications (MS Office, ERP systems).
Valid driver's license required; TWIC card or eligibility to obtain one preferred.

Requires use of required PPE: Safety-toe boots/shoes, safety vest, gloves, hard hat, etc.
Ability to regularly stand, walk long distances, and talk and hear.
Ability to frequently use hands and arms to grab, handle, feel, and reach.

Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Shuttle Van Driver to join our team at the port terminal. In this role, the Shuttle Van Driver is responsible for transporting drivers to and from designated parking areas within the port terminal. This role supports efficient vehicle flow and daily auto logistics processing by ensuring the timely movement of personnel and maintaining a safe, organized shuttle operation. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Safely operate shuttle vehicles throughout the port terminal, transporting drivers to and from parking and staging locations.
Drive and maneuver both manual and automatic transmission vehicles as required.
Perform visual inspections of vehicle body panels and report any damage or abnormalities.
Accurately complete documentation and clearly write notes when needed.
Learn and utilize handheld scanners and terminal technology to support operational processes.
Follow all port, terminal, and company safety protocols, traffic rules, and security procedures.
