This role oversees network, voice, security, Windows-based servers, SAN, and cloud systems, ensuring stability, performance, and security. Responsibilities include system upgrades, patches, performance tuning, and security administration. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, IIS, clustering/load balancing, and SD-WAN routers, switches, and voice systems.
