Reviews prisoner records to determine bail amounts and restrictions; checks state and national computer systems for outstanding warrants and other prisoner information; calculates pay or serve commitments; accepts bail and issues receipts; initiates prisoner releases; processes victim notification orders; maintains safekeeping of bail money and bonds.
3. Assembles and restructures prisoner files and paperwork; contacts criminal justice and other agencies to verify and obtain further information regarding authority to book, hold, release and transport prisoners; sends teletypes regarding bail taken, holds placed and other messages; processes prisoner releases; completes court commitment returns.

We're looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals to help customers safely dispose of household waste and recycling at our county's transfer stations and drop-off facilities. * Determines cubic measurement of each load or accepts posted capacity on regular refuse collection vehicles.

* Provides information and assistance to customers in a professional, courteous and tactful manner regarding disposal and recycling procedures, fees, rules, policies and options.

* Identifies hazardous wastes and segregates as necessary for pick up, and contacts various vendors and MRW for various automotive and other waste/recyclables pickup and service of containers.
* Troubleshoots, or obtains support to help troubleshoot, scale automation, scales, on-site safe and other electronic/automated Site Attendant related communication and operating systems.
* Advises and enforces site safety rules and regulations; may assist customers in unloading vehicles as necessary.
* Opens and locks gates at appointed times.

BASIC FUNCTION

BASIC FUNCTION
Serves as lead to Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Program Coordinators and staff, assist in the supervision of the CASA unit by providing consultations regarding dependency cases, program policies, and compliance.

* Onboards newly hired CASA Program Coordinators providing mentorship and training inclusive of all peers. Assists CASA Supervisors with programmatic training for all new staff (mission/vision/values).

What You Will be Doing:
* In collaboration with senior compliance personnel, complete tasks to fulfill and/or coordinate fulfillment of requirements specified in solid waste, wastewater, stormwater, air, and other environmental permits and regulations applicable to the Solid Waste Division.

Purpose:
Snohomish County Human Services Case Management is hiring a registered nurse to provide clients, caregivers and case managers nursing services to enhance the development and implementation of the client's care plan. Position Purpose:
To work in collaboration with case managers, caregivers, and members of the client's health care team to review care needs and address concerns. * Responds to referrals from non RN Case Managers by providing file reviews of the CARE assessment, other client related care plans, and medical information; office consultation or staffing with case managers regarding client specific disease processes, diagnoses, & medications; telephone consultation with clients, providers, or case managers; and home visits to clients. RNs complete documentation related to file reviews, consultations, and home visits.
* Provides care coordination for clients through consultation and coordination with all pertinent members of a client's care team and facilitates health-related referrals to other services and programs as needed. The RNs provide education regarding available community resources and programs related to the health care needs of the clients.
* Assists clients with medically complex care needs to hire personal care providers that are able to provide care according to the client's individualized care plan. Facilitates completion of contracting procedures; provides training information to care providers.
* Responds to client crises by providing timely assessment of in home care needs; offers services within program parameters, or refers as needed; coordinates with DSHS field staff to facilitate transition of clients between residential and in-home care settings.

SUPERVISION
This position receives direction from a programmatic supervisor, a division administrator or the Director of Human Services, as assigned. The work is performed with limited supervision and is reviewed through meetings, reports and results obtained.
WORKING CONDITIONS

The Chief of Data Systems & Impact is a senior executive leader in the Division who will provide strategic direction and management related to current and future implementation and growth of BHRD's data systems and technology needs. The role is responsible for leading the vision and oversight of how data are used within BHRD to inform and guide the Division's overall resource allocation decision-making, which is a key function that holds the Division accountable to the needs of people receiving County-funded behavioral health services. The role also sponsors the development of evaluation plans, quality improvement initiatives, community engagement activities, and rigorous research studies.
In addition to these strategic activities, the role is responsible for overseeing the execution and management of system functions that support the delivery of essential behavioral health care to over 40,000 King County residents every month. BHRD provides support for a wide variety of critical administrative health care functions to determine payer coverage, coordinate care, manage claims, reimburse providers, and drive systemwide innovation and accountability. To ensure BHRD data and technology systems sustainably meet and plan for the Division's evolving business needs, the Chief of Data Systems & Impact will have a strong understanding of BHRD's services, data, technology platforms, reporting, and regulatory requirements and the ability to translate business needs to operational changes. The Chief of Data Systems & Impact works in active collaboration with the King County Department of Information and Technology, and DCHS's Performance, Management and Evaluation Section, and serves as the "Business Owner" for BHRD information systems design, development, and implementation. Job Duties
Lead the Behavioral Health & Recovery Division's data & technology needs and oversee the strategy, development, implementation and maintenance of technology solutions to support the Division's business objectives.

Job Duties
STATEMENT OF ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
* Conducts investigations and evaluations of individuals for involuntary commitment and detains individuals when legal criteria are met and commitment is appropriate.
* Assesses behavioral health emergencies and provides crisis intervention for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis in the community.

* Contacts appropriate hospitals for admissions, provides screening information and arranges for transport as needed.
* Participates in the ITA Court process and provides relevant information to prosecuting attorneys and others authorized through the judicial process.
* Maintains necessary records and files as well as statistical information on all program activities.
* Performs related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
A master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, psychiatric nursing or related field; PLUS, two (2) years of experience in the direct treatment of mentally ill clients; OR, any equivalent combination of training and/or experience which provides the required knowledge and abilities. PLUS, a valid and current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Must pass job related tests.

The majority of the work involves site visits to residences, hospitals, mental health agencies and detention facilities. Some work is performed in the usual office environment. The employee may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays to provide 24 hour a day, 7 day coverage.

As a member of the Network Engineering team, you will report directly to the Infrastructure Supervisor and collaborate closely with the Information Security Officer and IT Security team.
Responsibilities for the positions include but are not limited to the following:
* Implement, and maintain advanced network security technologies across our enterprise infrastructure.
* Leverage Palo Alto Networks products and third-party platforms to enhance network visibility, protection, and threat intelligence.
* Proactively identify network security issues and risks and propose solutions to increase security efficiency and effectiveness.
* Assist with support of existing systems and/or business requests.
* Participate in major incident response efforts for network security events.
* Create configuration and project deliverable documentation, including design, build and operations guide.
* Stay informed about the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and tools to continuously improve network security.
* Provide technical mentorship to junior team members.
* Collaborate across IT teams and the organization to accomplish objectives.
* Participate in an on-call rotation for 24x7 support of security operations.
Primary work site will be the County's main campus located in Everett, WA, although hybrid telework may be available in the future at the discretion of the employer. Employees must reside in Washington state and within a reasonable distance to the Snohomish County campus work site to respond to workplace reporting requirements.

STATEMENT OF ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

* Manages technical issues that are very complex, impact a very large number of users, demand a very large amount of resources, are of very long duration and/or very high risk, with significant effects in multiple integrated areas. Develops solutions that are creative, effective, and enduring, and designs/creates programs, data structures and reports related to the area of networking and telecommunications engineering.
* Leads and mentors teams and individuals, directs or supervises staff at lower technical levels, leads small groups, is the principal advocate within the county for a particular function, represents county on technical matters in local and regional groups, and initiates significant improvements in work correlated with network, telecommunications and audio/visual systems and components.
* Effectively applies and leads others in applying a working knowledge of project planning, management and methodologies in projects that incorporate network, telecommunications and audio/visual systems and components.
* Acts independently, with considerable discretion to act and make decisions independently in very complex projects and tasks. Displays an advanced understanding of complicated issues, recognizing impacts to a large number and/or wide range of users, consequences of taking risks, and short and long term implications. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is required and IT certification in multiple directly related specialties preferred; AND five (5) years of directly relevant IT experience, OR any equivalent combination of training and/or experience that provides the required knowledge and abilities. Must pass criminal background check. Must pass job related tests.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
A valid Washington State Driver's License is required.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The work is generally performed in typical office conditions. Customers are primarily internal at the County. Job requires frequent contact outside Department of Information Services. Will perform some field work in certain specialty areas. Some repetitive movements at a computer or business machine. May require occasional lifting and moving of up to 50 pounds. On-call during off duty hours and required to work evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary. May be assigned work shifts consistent with 24 hours/day, 7 days/week coverage. Service oriented environment with frequent interruptions. Operates motor vehicle.
