We invest in your training with two full-time trainers dedicated to providing continuing education to mechanics including original equipment manufacturer's (OEM) training. $5000 Sign-on bonus We've made starting a new career even easier with a sign-on bonus for new mechanics. Mechanic pay and benefits We offer a shift differential compensation to employees - an extra bump in pay that some workers make for working outside of normal business hours. Starting pay for Journey-level Mechanics: $52.56 per hour plus excellent benefits. Shift Differential for swing shift is $55.19 per hour before overtime increases. Shift Differential for graveyard shift is $56.50 per hour before overtime increases.
