The Position Specifics
You will be preparing and perfecting barista beverages and crafty cocktails. You make brunch even better!
* Accurately, professionally and energetically take beverage orders from Guests and servers, recording immediately in our POS system
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the Snooze Beverage Doctrine
* Create a welcoming experience for barista counter Guests by learning names and order preferences
* Accept Guest payment, process credit card charges, and make change (if applicable)
* Maintains bottles, glasses, coffee, and coffee equipment in an attractive and functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages
* Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including espresso/coffee makers, counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas
* Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the breakfast counter

Our Coffeehouse Team is the front line of customer service and fulfillment in our retail locations. In this role, you will serve up drinks and experiences that brighten people's day. You will brew delicious coffee (roasted by us, here in LA County!), you'll serve our customers tasty drinks and food, bus tables, run food, and wash dishes. The duties are diverse, but the job boils down to being engaging, knowledgeable, and kind. Performing excellent service in our coffeehouses feels like hosting a great dinner party. ? Contributes to and builds upon innovations which assist workflow and operations in store and speed of service
