Skills, Knowledge & Experience: ? You possess a passion for customer service. ? You have 1+ years working as a Barista in Specialty coffee or 2+ years working in non-specialty coffee in a high volume fast paced environment. ? You are able to work in high-pressure, fast-paced work environment. ? You are well-organized and detail-oriented, you are able to the workspace with a fresh set of eyes each day. ? You have experience using a Point of Sale (POS) system. ? You possess strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. ? Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40lbs.
