The Hotel Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities1. Guest Room Cleaning
Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, and vacuuming.
Clean bathrooms: sanitize toilets, sinks, showers, floors, mirrors, and restock amenities.
Replace towels, linens, toiletries, and other supplies according to hotel standards.
Ensure all furniture, fixtures, and equipment are in good condition; report maintenance issues immediately.
2. Guest Service
Provide polite, friendly, and helpful service to guests.
Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
Handle lost-and-found items according to hotel procedures.
3. Housekeeping Standards & Procedures
Follow hotel cleaning checklists and brand standards.
Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
Ensure carts are stocked and organized at the start and end of each shift.
4. Team Support
Assist colleagues and communicate any guest concerns or unusual situations to the supervisor.
Participate in daily team briefings.
Cooperate with other departments, such as Front Office and Engineering, when needed.

Complete assigned rooms within required timelines.
Record room status and report to the supervisor or housekeeping system.
Follow key-control and security procedures.

Responsibilities
* Responsible for greeting and seating guests in an efficient manner.
* Ensure cleanliness of each section of the dining rooms and make necessary improvements as well as check each table prior to opening to ensure its proper set
* Assist the Server in providing an expertly served dining experience by clearing and resetting tables according to standards.
* Deliver food and provide eloquent food descriptions in a synchronized manner.
* Utilize the resort's computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings.
* Anticipate the needs of guest's and co-workers instantaneously.
* Manage the host stand, review the reservation book and make recommendations as to the setup of the table sections.
* Develop a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and restaurant information.
* Manage guest reservations and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
* This position must be adaptable as they may be asked to work in any of the Food & Beverage outlets at the property as needed.
* Stocking items for restaurant and cleaning on an as need basis
Internship Qualifications
* Pursuing an undergraduate degree, or a recent graduate from a University.
* Studying in the Hospitality, Business, or other related field highly preferred.
* Must be available minimum 3 months May - mid August
* The intern is expected to display passion in all they do, and have an eager drive to fulfill a career in the Hospitality sector.
* Prior Hospitality experience preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate.

* The Housekeeping Coordinator acts as the main point of contact in the Housekeeping Operation.
* This position assigns rooms to Room Attendants, dispatches Houseman and Runners on requests and supports the overall day-to-day efficiency of the Housekeeping Operation.
* Record every telephone call in a log book/database noting the action taken, who is responsible and whom the call was received by. Guest requests have the highest priority. May also handle guest requests for the Laundry/Valet Department.

Floor Care Technician
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Floor Care Technician. The Floor Care Technician is responsible for maintenance of all floor areas.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the Maintenance of all floor areas, and for sustaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
* You will remove spots from carpets, perform extraction carpet cleaning, floor stripping and waxing in a regular base.
* Sweep and mop floors.
* Assist with striping, buffing, and waxing surfaces.
* Clean or shampoo carpets.
* Maintain equipment and supplies.
* Follow workplace safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
* We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
* This position requires the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
* Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
* Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.

Public Area Attendant
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for a Public Area Attendant who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
Responsibilities
* The Public Area Attendant ensures the cleanliness and perfection of the guest areas of the resort and other cleaning duties as assigned.
* Keeps all public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted. Makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free. Removes all trash from areas.
* Periodically checks Lobby Restrooms. Makes sure all surfaces are clean. Restocks all supplies including but not limited to toilet paper, soap and hand towels.
* Responds to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby. Possess ability to answer guest questions and direct them to the areas in which they desire.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
* We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
* Ability to push, pull and lift up to 40lbs.
* Good communication and basic english level required.
* This position requires the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
* Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
