We are seeking a talented Platform Specialist to join our Innovation Showcase team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting Sales Engineers (SEs) and Account Executives (AEs), maintaining and upgrading critical demos, and managing SE demo accounts. As part of the Innovation Showcase Team in the Sales Engineering organization, this position focuses on technical maintenance, automation, and ongoing support to ensure SEs have reliable, secure, and optimized demo environments and content.
AS A SOLUTION INNOVATION - PLATFORM SPECIALIST, YOU WILL:
* Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot existing demos to ensure high availability, performance, and relevance.
* Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate demo deployment, testing, and updates.
* Utilize GitHub and GitLab for version control, branching strategies, and collaborative development workflows.
* Contribute to DataOps.Live pipelines and orchestration to streamline demo provisioning and synchronization with Snowflake environments.
* Ensure proper documentation and update guides for demo maintenance, automation scripts, and usage.
* Enforce security and compliance standards to ensure demo environments adhere to internal policies.
* Test and enforce demo standards for Snowflake Certified content to maintain consistency and quality.
* Support and foster SE community submissions, ensuring contributions align with best practices and demo guidelines.
* Provide support to SEs for technical issues related to demo content, ensuring they have the resources and tools necessary for successful engagements.
OUR IDEAL SOLUTION INNOVATION PLATFORM SPECIALIST WILL HAVE:
* 5+ years of experience in technical support, system maintenance, or demo content management.
* Strong Snowflake expertise, with experience in Snowflake configurations, account management, and performance tuning.
* Experience with CI/CD concepts and tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
* Proficiency in Git-based workflows, including branching, merging, and managing repositories for shared demo assets.
* (Nice to have) Hands-on experience with DataOps.Live, or similar data orchestration and automation platforms.
* Strong SQL expertise, including complex query writing, optimization, and performance tuning.
* Experience in data engineering, developing data pipelines, transformations, and data lake architectures.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:
* The estimated base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $201,200.
* Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $141,000 - $165,000. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren't limited to) role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.

We are seeking a talented AI/ML and Cloud Architecture specialist to join our Solution Innovation team. This role is dedicated to leading, curating and maintaining critical demos for Snowflake SE and Product organizations. You'll be instrumental in evolving flagship demos and creating custom demonstrations using our suite of features like Snowpark ML, Snowflake Cortex, and Snowpark Container Services.
Based in the Sales Engineering organization, you will collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales and the FCTO organizations, to ensure the timely release of cutting-edge features. This role combines demo design, hands-on development, machine learning engineering, and strategic advisory work. Staying current with the rapid pace of change in the AI/ML landscape is crucial to effectively leverage new advancements.
AS A SOLUTION INNOVATION ARCHITECT, YOU WILL:
* Design and build AI/ML Demos using the Snowflake platform.
* Collaborate closely with the Product team to align demo creation with product releases, ensuring timely delivery of functional demos that showcase new features.
* Provide technical expertise on all aspects of Snowflake in relation to the AI/ML suite of features to sales engineering teams.
* Have a strong understanding of the data science modeling lifecycle, including model development, model training, and MLOps.
* Have a strong understanding of the GenerativeAI landscape, its use, and application.
* Have a strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), and the different architectures that are appropriate for each use case.
* Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML.
* Provide thought leadership through external content such as webinars, event presentations, and blog posts.
* Have the following AI and ML Engineering skills:
* Work with large datasets, and perform data quality evaluation/checks
* Feature engineering
* Determine relevant features for training and evaluation
* Optimization of model performance/accuracy
* MLOps and lifecycle management
OUR IDEAL INNOVATION SHOWCASE ARCHITECT WILL HAVE:
* Minimum of 4 years in a Data Science role, where you will have built and deployed at least 2 models into production.
* Minimum of 5 years experience working with customers in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role.
* Thorough understanding of the complete Data Science life-cycle including feature engineering, model development, model deployment and model management.
* Strong understanding of MLOps, coupled with technologies and methodologies for deploying and monitoring models.
* Hands-on scripting experience with Python, with experience using libraries such as Pandas, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow, SciKit-Learn or similar.
* Outstanding skills presenting to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos.
* University degree in data science, mathematics or related fields, or equivalent experience.
BONUS POINTS FOR HAVING:
* Experience with GenerativeAI, LLMs and Vector Databases.
* Experience with Databricks/Apache Spark.
* Experience implementing data pipelines using ETL tools.
* Vertical expertise in a core vertical such as FSI, Retail, Manufacturing etc.
