Must have strong work ethic, demonstrated desire to learn from hands-on experiences working in a team. Must possess strong communication skills, ability to work on a team and as an individual contributor. Able to manage activity through competing priorities. Must be reliable i.e. punctual, attentive to assigned responsibilities. This can be a very client-centric role - must have strong people skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with a wide range of clients, contractors and other project stakeholders. Any prior experience with construction or prior internships in civil engineering or construction engineering is a plus. Any construction materials or DOT-related certifications a plus.
