+ Ability to frequently stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders.
+ Ability to move throughout the store for an entire shift.

NATURE OF WORK
This position is responsible for a wide variety of professional law enforcement work in the protection of life and property through the enforcement of laws and ordinances for the City of Fremont.
Work also involves responsibility for the protection of life and property, prevention of crime, apprehension of criminals, and the enforcement of laws and ordinances on an assigned shift. Work involves an element of personal danger, and officers must be able to act without direct supervision. An employee in this classification is expected to exercise independent judgement within the parameters of the departmental policies, procedures and regulations while meeting both routine and complex emergency situations. In accordance with established operating procedures, work assignments, and instructions are received in general terms from a superior officer who reviews work methods and results through reports, observations, discussions, and semi-annual performance evaluation. Supervision is received from an administrative superior.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The following examples of work are illustrative only and are not intended to be all inclusive:
* Patrols a designated area of the City in a patrol car; prevents and discovers commission of crime, apprehends criminals and offenders; enforces vehicle and traffic laws; makes police presence known in a manner that contributes to deterrence of law violations.

Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner.

Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays as required and able to accommodate an on-call schedule.
Assist with obtaining bids from outside contractors.
Assist with purchasing maintenance supplies for the property while staying within the planned budget.
Landscape and irrigation knowledge.
Maintain grounds for both Communities - Saginaw Bay City

Complies with all applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Take and address after hours emergency calls and respond accordingly.

Physical Requirements:
Will use appropriate ppe and or dress accordingly to safely work in an outdoor environment (i.e., heat, cold, damp, rain, etc.). Must maintain vigilance, and safe practices to avoid injuries (i.e., chemicals, electrical, machinery, tools, lifting, etc.)
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 100 pounds.
Ability to walk around the property several times daily - up 10 miles a day.

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* Filtering oil fryers daily
* Wash towels and change sanitizer in buckets
* Sweep parking lot
* Degrease oil stains in parking lot
* Change outside trash
* Maintain landscape
* Clean equipment and stockrooms
* Wash inside and outside windows
* Detail clean restrooms
* Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
* Empty trash and take out to dumpster
* Change light bulbs
* Clean HVAC/Exhaust units on roof
* Troubleshoot and repair equipment
* Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
