What You'll Do This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and hands-on connection with clients both in-office and telehealth (when available). No two days are the same, and every day brings a chance to make a difference! Provide direct support to children, adolescents, and families facing challenges. Identify and address the needs of abused and neglected children and adults. Develop and implement treatment plans that encourage self-regulation, independence, decision-making, and empathy. Collaborate with professionals like educators, care managers, clinicians, and physicians to ensure wrap-around care. Offer emergency support when needed, both during office hours and after hours. Join monthly team meetings to share insights, learn new techniques, and grow as a professional. What We're Looking For We want passionate, empathetic professionals with a strong foundation in mental health and counseling. If you check these boxes, we'd love to hear from you! Required Qualifications: Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field. Current NJ license (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LMFT, LAC). 2+ years of experience counseling children. 3+ years of experience in mental health services. Familiarity with DSM and ability to make sound clinical judgments. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Candidates must hold, or be willing to obtain, an individual National Provider Identifier (NPI) Establish a CAQH profile Complete the 21st Century Cures Act application Extra Kudos If You Have: Experience with art therapy, play therapy, or child abuse treatment.
