Key Responsibilities & Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and management of services for assigned participants across multiple programs. This includes reviewing intake documentation, gathering additional information as needed, and developing individualized service plans (ISPs) in collaboration with individuals, legally authorized representatives, caregivers, support coordinators, and other stakeholders. The role involves completing annual assessments, maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation, monitoring progress toward ISP goals through documentation review and on-site observation, and completing required quarterly reports. Requirements & Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a related health or human services field, which is preferred; however, a combination of education, training, and experience may be considered instead of a degree, with a minimum requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates must have relevant specialized training, certifications, and work experience, including at least two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or medical concerns, with demonstrated experience in service management and related documentation. Strong knowledge of community resources, human services systems, and applicable regulations is essential, along with excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills. Key Responsibilities & Duties
The Supported Employment Specialist II provides comprehensive direct and indirect job coaching and employment supports to individuals with disabilities, including conducting situational assessments and implementing effective training techniques to build and sustain employment skills. This role leads job development, coaching, and follow-along services to support competitive integrated employment, while consistently meeting billable hour expectations. The Specialist is responsible for completing intakes, employment plans, case notes, and reports using Netsmart; maintaining accurate and timely documentation; and providing transportation when needed. Additional duties include mentoring Employment Specialist I staff, supporting understanding of DARS and Medicaid Waiver processes, maintaining active relationships with at least eight inclusive business partners, identifying program challenges and recommending solutions, collaborating with leadership on program objectives, and effectively supporting volunteers and interns. The role requires schedule flexibility, participation in trainings and meetings, and ongoing compliance with all agency policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualified candidates will hold a bachelor's degree in human services, education, social work, vocational rehabilitation, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in supported employment, employment services, workforce development, or pre-employment transition services. ACRE Certification and/or Certified Supported Employment Professional credentials are required. Candidates must demonstrate strong relationship-building skills with individuals with disabilities, employers, families, and partner agencies, and apply a person-first, positive behavioral support approach to employment planning. Proficiency in documentation and case management systems, problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor others are essential. Responsibilities and Duties:
Ideal candidate will perform general maintenance support and preventive maintenance in such areas as heating and air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, basic carpentry, transportation needs, grounds work, building structural needs, roofing and other related areas as may be deemed appropriate.
Work involves a variety of duties: daily unlocking of facility; completion of daily morning check of all facility needs; completion of all outside needs related to inclement weather preparation; daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly inspections, pre-determined by maintenance manager.
Support as needed in the area of preparing vehicles for inspections or scheduled maintenance.
This position requires flexible work scheduling which includes taking "calls' during evenings, weekends, and holidays and must be able to perform the essential job functions.
Expected to complete required training as may be required within timelines developed/approved by the Maintenance Manager.
Maintains acceptable DMV record
Requirements and Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent (Preferred)
Certification in a maintenance field (Preferred)
This position requires flexible work scheduling which includes taking "calls' during evenings, weekends, and holidays and must be able to perform the essential job functions.
Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, property, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards by immediately reporting any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues to appropriate individual(s)
Ability to use/operate equipment and tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, saws, trenchers, augers, and other tools commonly used to maintain facilities.
Responsible for moving objects (i.e., stoves, refrigerators, coolers, furniture, etc.) weighing up to 150 lbs. using a hand truck or pulley.
Required to work with cleaning fluids, agents, chemicals, and paints using normal, routine, and protective equipment to complete work.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct care, supervision, and support to participants during daily program activities, ensuring engagement, choice, and dignity at all times. Responsibilities include delivering age-appropriate, purposeful activities; supporting skill development in areas such as social interaction, personal hygiene, and motor coordination; and implementing individualized training plans using approved techniques and interventions. DSPs collaborate closely with team members, encourage positive behavioral supports, accompany participants on community outings, and provide transportation when assigned. Additional duties include personal care support, maintaining equipment and supplies, completing accurate and timely documentation, identifying program needs and solutions, participating in trainings and meetings, supporting volunteers and interns, and ensuring full compliance with all safety, HIPAA, and agency policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED; one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred. Related college coursework, disability-specific training, medical training (such as a CNA license), or a combination of education and experience may substitute for the preferred experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to implement individualized plans, and a commitment to positive behavioral supports are essential. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required for driving positions, along with successful completion of a SOAR365 driving test if applicable. All DSPs must obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid and Therapeutic Options certifications and demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and alignment with SOAR365's core values.

The Supported Employment Specialist I provides direct and indirect job coaching and employment supports to individuals with disabilities, helping them develop, maintain, and strengthen skills needed for competitive integrated employment. Qualified candidates will hold a bachelor's degree in human services, education, social work, vocational rehabilitation, or a related field, with 0-2 years of experience in human services, education, rehabilitation, or a similar setting. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships with individuals with disabilities, families, employers, and partner agencies, and apply a person-first, individualized approach to employment planning. Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills are essential, along with an understanding of positive behavioral supports. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required, as well as the ability to pass a SOAR365 driving test and maintain driving eligibility. The position requires obtaining and maintaining CPR/First Aid and Therapeutic Options certifications and completing the ACRE certification within the first six months of employment.
