A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HVAC SENIOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN
The successful HVAC Senior Service Technician will provide HVAC services to include repairs, replacements, installs, and maintaining and upgrading HVAC systems and equipment.
A HVAC Senior Service Technician provides residential Custom Homes service by troubleshooting, repairing, starting up, and performing preventative maintenance on equipment while following standardized installation, service, and safety procedures. Communicates clearly with customers, dispatchers, and managers to set expectations, address job challenges, ensure material availability, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Eight plus (8+) years' experience in construction specific tasks

EPA 608 certification
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen with valid driver's license and good driving record

The HVAC Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing multiple projects and field teams across new home construction job sites, ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with schedules, budgets, and code requirements. This role provides leadership and direction to Superintendents, Foremen, and crews while serving as a key liaison between the field and management.
The Production Supervisor focuses on planning, coordination, quality assurance, and issue resolution to support consistent performance, strong builder relationships, and successful project outcomes.

5-7+ years of residential HVAC installation experience with progression into a leadership role

As a Mechanical Construction Project Manager, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that projects come in under the estimator's budget while leading the project team to exceed client expectations. You act as a liaison between the general contractor, the general manager, and the superintendents. Always on top of things, you track the progress on each project and keep the general contractor updated. You perform the associated cost estimates, prepare proposals, negotiate customer acceptance of the final settlement price, and bill for the work performed.
Prior to commencing work on a project, you evaluate the contractual scope of work and complete the estimate at completion (EAC) for senior leadership approval. You order the materials needed for project completion in a timely manner. Proactively, you run reports to ensure that the project timelines and profitability metrics are being met. You manage risks and establish project recovery plans when required. Passionate about quality control, you oversee project construction for compliance with specifications, codes, and installation techniques.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
As an Assistant Project Manager, you are ultimately responsible for supporting the Project Manager and ensuring that projects come in under the estimator's budget while providing support to the project team to exceed client expectations. You act as a liaison between the general contractor, the general manager, and the superintendents. Always on top of things, you generate reports tracking the progress of the project and report findings back to the Project Manager. You process change orders and bill for all work performed timely. You assist in the communication of material ordering, delivery and any challenges that could impact the projects ability to meet contractual timelines.
Prior to commencing work on a project, you assist the Project Manager in evaluating the contractual scope of work. You order the materials needed for project completion in a timely manner. Proactively, you run reports and provide to the Project Manager to ensure that the project timelines and profitability metrics are being met.
Using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you establish strong relationships within the Sobieski teams, General Contractor and other contractors working on the project to promote a Win/Win environment for everyone. Delivering backend support while contributing to a winning team gives you a great sense of accomplishment!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER
Bachelor's degree in construction, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, or architecture OR associate degree with equivalent work-related experience
0-3 years of direct project experience in the construction industry
Knowledge of mechanical systems, including their design, architecture, interoperability with other proprietary systems, sequences of operation, networking, and communication methodology
Knowledge of project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Spitfire
Familiarity with financial accounting systems
Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Writer, and Visio
Valid driver's license
Project management professional (PMP), construction quality control (USACE CQM-C), and OSHA 30 certifications are preferred but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Job Summary:
The Fire Protection Division Manager will meet planned growth, profit, maintenance base and customer retention goals through leadership and management of staff. Lead quality assurance efforts that result in service agreement renewal
