KEY JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
Assist in the planning and execution of a hardware life cycle plan for desktop and mobile computing, a software life cycle plan for business and sporting applications, and a storage plan for club data.
Administrate the IT workspace, telecommunications accounts, and ISP. As needed, hands-on account provisioning, management, deprovisioning, and physical installation or troubleshooting.
Monitor and manage the Office 365/Exchange hybrid email system. Utilizze problem-solving techniques and monitoring to maintain the system and minimize interruptions.
Provide support and service or internal staff and devices at the tier 1 and tier 2 levels.
Evaluate the suitability of hardware and software to support business and sporting objectives, research and recommend incremental upgrades. Assist in the planning for IT improvements based on leading capabilities, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Assist in drafting and executing IT policies to govern employee use of club systems and data. Provide an online knowledge base for employees to research how to operate IT systems, configure personal settings, and perform basic level troubleshooting.
Ability to manage multiple short-term and long-term tasks simultaneously.
Support other club operations as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

The GCCC Public Safety Senior Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day functions of securing, directing, and promoting security and public safety on the campus of the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The director of the Office of Undergraduate Research is responsible for integrating the university's educational and research missions by bringing undergraduates into the research process. The director administers the central office for undergraduate research serving all undergraduate students and working with faculty and staff from all the schools and the College of Arts and Sciences.
The goals of the office are to develop, promote and support opportunities for undergraduates to carry out research and creative projects at Case Western Reserve University and at off-campus locations; to enable all undergraduates interested in research and/or creative projects to have this opportunity, on-and/or off- campus; to increase the number of opportunities for research and creative projects for university undergraduates; secure external funding for undergraduate research and creative endeavors in collaboration with university development officers and school administrative staff; and increase the visibility of undergraduate research at Case Western Reserve University, regionally, and nationally.

Lead university-wide effort to significantly expand opportunities for undergraduate research and creative projects and communicate opportunities to students. POSITION OBJECTIVE
Working under general direction, the Business Office Supervisor reports to the director and assistant directors and is responsible for administrative, finance and business operations for the Animal Resource Center (ARC), to provide administrative support to the department. The business office supervisor will lead the other department assistants and will assist with overall financial operations in collaboration with the Administrative Manager. Duties include assistance with purchasing, billing, cost containment, cost accounting, balancing budget and weekly attendance review.
This position is subject to compliance regulations of the Animal Welfare Act, Public Health Service Policy, AAALAC guidelines, the State of Ohio Veterinary Practice Act, Federal Drug Enforcement Administration regulatory guidelines, US Food and Drug Administration Center for Veterinary Medicine regulations and other applicable regulatory guidelines. The Animal Resource Center is an essential division to research conducted within Case Western Reserve University and specifically by the School of Medicine.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Independently address all account inquiries from financial authorized users, and other university departments related to account management, purchasing, billing, cost containment, cost accounting and budgeting. Provide administrative leadership for administrative operations in collaboration with the Assistant Director for ARC Operations. Minimum Qualifications:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Proven success in clinical program development, OR efficiency improvement, quality/safety initiatives, and physician-APP team leadership
