Key Responsibilities Community Engagement ● Serve as the daily voice of Rodan + Fields across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms. ● Respond to comments, DMs, and conversation threads in real time, maintaining a supportive, informed, and brand-aligned tone. ● Support community engagement during product launches, promotions, events, and high-conversation periods, including occasional evening or weekend responsiveness. ● Foster a positive, inclusive environment that reflects brand values and strengthens community trust. ● Proactively engage with followers, creators and relevant conversations to grow brand love and loyalty. ● Escalate any sensitive or brand-risk issues to appropriate internal teams. Social Content Support ● Assist in managing the social content calendar, including scheduling posts across platforms. ● Support the development of platform-specific social copy that encourages conversation and connection. ● Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on content briefs to ensure assets are social-first, on-brand, and optimized for engagement, using social listening and analytics to guide direction. ● Support in identifying social media trends, sourcing UGC creators, and influencer discovery. ● Help capture and create content by assisting on shoots and filming your own when needed. Community Insights & Reporting ● Track and report on community/brand sentiment and discussions across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit. ● Identify recurring questions, cultural trends, and opportunities for storytelling. ● Use social listening and analytics tools to track engagement and report performance on a weekly and monthly basis. ● Share insights that help shape brand messaging, content strategy, and campaign evolution. Cross-Functional Coordination ● Partner with Customer Experience, Product Development and Brand teams to ensure responses are accurate and aligned with brand. ● Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain consistent messaging across channels. ● Support internal communication around upcoming launches, key initiatives, and engagement priorities. Qualifications ● Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, or related field ● 2 years of experience in social media, community management (beauty a plus) or an advanced degree without experience. ● Exceptional copywriting and communication skills with a strong grasp of brand voice. ● Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit and emerging platforms ● Proficient in tools such as Dash Social, Sprinklr, Meta Business Manager ● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment ● US Citizens only Salary Range: $51,200 - $85,000 The pay range represents the low and high end of the salary range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting.
