Responsibilities · Social Media Content Creation and Scheduling o Working under the direction of the Media Production Manager; Create or curate, edit and produce A3's social media content weekly on each platform. o Create content and templates tailored to and implementing best practices on each platform (include, but not limited to LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Threads, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube). o Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent posting (e.g., 5 posts per week). o Develop social media graphics, gifs and other content as needed, along with SEO-tailored copy. o Employ tactics to aggressively increase social media followers and engagement. o Ensure all posts adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice across platforms. · Social Media Metrics o Monitor and report on weekly engagement growth (comments, likes, shares). o Generate monthly reports showing performance (impressions, reach, clicks, etc.). o Track follower demographics to ensure alignment with target audiences. · Social Media Engagement & Trends o Engage with followers daily, commenting and starting conversations. o Respond to all brand mentions, direct messages, comments and any other user-generated content within 8 hours of receipt. o Research, implement, and report on new trends or features on social media platforms to stay relevant (e.g., Instagram Stories, LinkedIn Polls). · Community Management o Working with the Media Production Manager, assist in A3's Influencer Strategy. · Webinars & Additional Collaboration o Provide support and assistance coordinating and moderating A3 webinars. o Provide support to staff members for conferences, trade shows, meetings and other events, both prior to and at events, as needed.
