ROLE DESCRIPTION
Riley Smith Group, a top-producing real estate team based in Coconut Grove, is seeking a SocialMedia Content Lead to own and execute our organic socialmedia presence at a high level.
This is not a vibes-only creative role.
This role is for someone who can create consistently, ship fast, track performance, and improve week over week; while owning the full content lifecycle from idea to execution to optimization. This is a hands-on, in-office creation role; most days involve shooting, editing, and collaborating onsite with the team.
You will be responsible for producing high-performing short-form content, managing priority platforms, engaging our audience, and driving inbound interest and conversations through organic social - in close partnership with our sales and marketing teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
High-Performance Content Creation
Film and edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
Capture real-time content at listings, events, office moments, and around Miami
Edit using CapCut Pro, Descript, or similar tools
Create branded carousels, reel covers, and visual assets in Canva
Write strong hooks, scripts, and visual concepts designed to stop the scroll
Contribute to long-form content development and repurposing when needed
Shoot primarily on iPhone, with access to professional equipment as appropriate
Captions, Hooks & Messaging
Own caption performance across all platforms
Write compelling, platform-specific copy that drives engagement and conversation

Creative Freedom creating socialmedia campaigns
Manages the company's socialmedia accounts, posts, reels, stories, and overall marketing calendars.
Monitor and create detailed logs and organizational spreadsheets for various socialmedia platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and Twitter.
Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various socialmedia websites.

Responsibilities
The wordsmith. The hashtag creator. Copywriters are the cunning linguists who write what you read, hear, and see. Also, the art director's partner in crime-professionally speaking, that is.
The Day-to-Day: Copywriters are responsible for writing copy on a variety of mediums; socialmedia, blog posts, newsletters, brochures, product packaging, email marketing campaigns, etc. Prior to copywriting for a client, it is expected that copywriters research their subject matter, follow AP guidelines when writing copy, and develop their own tone of voice. Copy revisions are also a part of the copywriting process, so staying close to email/communication updates from their clients is crucial.

Compensation Range: $20/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
