ROLE DESCRIPTION
Riley Smith Group, a top-producing real estate team based in Coconut Grove, is seeking a SocialMedia Content Lead to own and execute our organic socialmedia presence at a high level.
This is not a vibes-only creative role.
This role is for someone who can create consistently, ship fast, track performance, and improve week over week; while owning the full content lifecycle from idea to execution to optimization. This is a hands-on, in-office creation role; most days involve shooting, editing, and collaborating onsite with the team.
You will be responsible for producing high-performing short-form content, managing priority platforms, engaging our audience, and driving inbound interest and conversations through organic social - in close partnership with our sales and marketing teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
High-Performance Content Creation
Film and edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
Capture real-time content at listings, events, office moments, and around Miami
Edit using CapCut Pro, Descript, or similar tools
Create branded carousels, reel covers, and visual assets in Canva
Write strong hooks, scripts, and visual concepts designed to stop the scroll
Contribute to long-form content development and repurposing when needed
Shoot primarily on iPhone, with access to professional equipment as appropriate
Captions, Hooks & Messaging
Own caption performance across all platforms
Write compelling, platform-specific copy that drives engagement and conversation
Maintain consistent brand voice while optimizing based on analytics
Test, iterate, and improve messaging continuously

REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of hands-on content creation and socialmedia management experience, preferably in a fast-paced brand, media, or creator-led environment

Advanced Canva proficiency
Experience managing content calendars and posting schedules
Solid understanding of analytics, engagement metrics, and retention

Performing market segment analysis to provide insight as to customer and market needs
Coordinating and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns to spread awareness about the company's services;
Engaging in the management of SFG's socialmedia presence, including, but not limited to LinkedIn, and Twitter;
Updating marketing databases, designing and creating print media for distribution;
Participating in the writing and dissemination of press releases and other communiques;
Fulfilling any other necessary objectives related to the position.
Qualifications:
Experience in developing marketing plans preferred;
Must have excellent written and oral communications skills;
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively;
Organized and detail-oriented;
Good team player and ability to implement creative ideas with good leadership qualities;
Ability to think critically and effectively, and the ability to multi-task is required;
Effective project management skills and ability to meet deadlines;
Comfortable with Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Hubspot;
Knowledge of socialmedia, including LinkedIn and Twitter;
Fluent in Spanish and English

We are seeking a creative and organized Part-Time Intern to support our marketing team with graphic design, socialmedia content creation, media management, and basic marketing production tasks. This is a hands-on learning opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain real-world experience in hospitality marketing, branding, and communications.
Responsibilities
Assist with graphic design projects, including the creation of menus, flyers, socialmedia assets, and marketing materials such as email blasts and website visuals to keep our online presence fresh and engaging.
Organize, manage, and archive media assets such as photos and videos for easy access and future use.
Support menu updates, coordinate printing, and assist with light production work (cutting, assembling printed materials).
Stay up to date with socialmedia, content, and design trends to contribute innovative ideas to our marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance and execute strategies that drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and attract more guests across our restaurant locations.
Qualifications:
Strong interest in marketing, graphic design, branding, and communications, with a desire to gain real-world experience in these fields.
Basic proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop), or similar platforms.
Familiarity with major socialmedia platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and basic knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp.
Basic video editing skills are a plus but not required.
Ability to organize and maintain digital media libraries and manage marketing assets efficiently.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team and taking feedback constructively.
Interest in learning more about the hospitality and restaurant industry - we are passionate about food and creating memorable guest experiences.
Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated, ideally pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Hospitality, or a related field.
Must be 18 years or older and located in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, with reliable transportation.
