Benjamin Obdyke is seeking a Digital Media Specialist to help bring our products, people, and purpose to life through video and design. This is a hands-on, creative role that blends videography, video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design to support product education, brand storytelling, and digital marketing.
What You'll Do
Videography & Photography (40%)
Plan, shoot, and produce installation demos, jobsite footage, interviews, and brand stories
Capture b-roll in the field with contractors and jobsite partners
Handle lighting, audio, and camera setup for professional-quality results
Manage equipment and keep media assets organized
Video Editing & Motion Graphics (35%)
Edit short- and long-form video for web, social, and sales/customer use

MUST-HAVES
Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree in Videography, Film/Video Production, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field preferred
3-5 years of experience across videography, video editing, and graphic design
A strong portfolio that shows both video and design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience shooting with DSLR or mirrorless cameras. Ability to operate a drone for video/photo capture, or willingness to obtain required certification.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently
Comfortable filming active jobsites and collaborating with contractors and sales partners

Job Purpose
We're seeking a SocialMedia Lead to take ownership of our socialmedia strategy, content, and performance across B2B and B2C audiences. Responsibilities
Build and execute a comprehensive socialmedia strategy that aligns with both B2B and B2C goals, based on guidance from the executive team, internal marketing teams, and our public relations firm.
Design and produce engaging messaging and content across formats to clearly convey Welldoc's story and point of view, including posts, carousels, videos, reels, and emerging media types. Given our healthcare focus, this will require the ability to distill clinical, technical information, and data into clear, engaging messages that effectively communicate Welldoc's value to a diverse range of socialmedia followers.
Execute the socialmedia/paid media components of integrated marketing campaigns and press releases, ensuring a cohesive and impactful message across all channels.
Partner with corporate communications to identify and leverage key industry themes, aligning our corporate and B2B messaging to solidify our position as a thought leader in the digital health and AI space.
Manage paid social campaigns end-to-end, driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Display. This includes managing budgets, optimizing for key performance indicators such as Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), as well as A/B testing creative and targeting.
Use AI-powered tools to scale content creation, personalize messaging, and stay ahead of platform trends.
Cultivate the social presence of our executive team, connecting them with other thought leaders and leveraging their expertise to reinforce Welldoc's market position.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, preparing reports and actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Work closely with cross-functional teams-including Marketing, Sales, Product, and HR-to ensure socialmedia content aligns with company goals and effectively showcases Welldoc's culture and brand story.
Manage the social content calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience managing socialmedia programs, ideally within healthcare, digital health, or health tech.

Compensation & Benefits

Content Support: Assisting with the creation and posting of blog articles, socialmedia updates, and video content on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Campaign Execution: Supporting the team with direct mail, email newsletters, and other marketing campaigns.
Website Support: Learning to make basic updates to our website.
Event Preparation: Assisting with the preparation and logistics for webinars, seminars, and other marketing events.
Internship Requirements:
