Responsibilities:
Assist in developing media flowcharts from approved media plans, actualizing monthly spend and participating in monthly reconciliation reviews before submitting to the media buyer for approval.
Collaborate with the analytics team to build and maintain dashboards, format reports, and clean data for accurate reporting.
Support the media buyer in the trafficking of media assets.
Assist in pre-launch campaign quality assurance (QA) and conduct daily QA checks in media platforms; promptly flag any campaign delivery issues to the media buyer.
Establish and maintain naming conventions for campaigns and creative executions, ensuring campaign consistency for the creative and paid media teams.
Generate UTM tracking codes for ad units as part of the campaign setup process.
Monitor and review cross-channel campaign performance, providing insights to the team.
Contribute to an assigned interns project to develop practical experience.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the paid media and analytics team.
Qualifications:
