We're looking for a proficient Sr. Content Specialist who can work in Digital (2D Image, Video and 3D), Gen-AI content generation, virtual production, and new hybrid customer experience (CX) experiments. This role will focus on creating exciting and innovative experiences using various 3D and Gen-AI technologies for e-commerce. The Sr. Content Specialist is responsible for training team members in new production techniques and must ensure that those methods are scalable and compatible with all existing platforms.

Basic Qualifications
Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using mac OS
Experience communicating technical concepts to a non-technical audience
Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Gen-AI content creation, virtual production, or related field
Experience building solutions for content generation pipeline
Leadership and problem solving abilities
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Broad knowledge of Gen-AI tools, virtual production software, and ability to quickly learn new technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating services and applications with multiple user touch points on different platforms and devices

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience).

Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, data management, and large‑scale analytics.
Strong contract comprehension skills
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of accounting principles.
