About the Role
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to amplify the brand's mission, expand online visibility, and support lead generation across channels. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Optimization
Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), and organic channels.
Own day-to-day execution of digital initiatives including newsletters, landing pages, ad creatives, and automations.
Content Creation & Social Media
Support content calendar planning and publishing across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Write and repurpose engaging, mission-aligned copy for web, email, blog, and social media.
Source or create visual content (graphics, photos, short-form videos) with a strong brand lens.
SEO & Website Management
Update and optimize website content to improve discoverability, conversions, and user experience.
Support basic SEO initiatives (on-page optimization, keywords, meta tags, etc.) to drive organic growth.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.
Track KPIs including engagement, conversion rates, and traffic sources; provide insights and recommendations.
Create monthly marketing reports to inform leadership and guide strategy.
Requirements
3+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a mission-driven or startup environment.
Strong copywriting skills and an eye for visual storytelling.
Experience with digital tools such as:
Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
Social media schedulers (Buffer, Later, Hootsuite)
Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio)
CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, or similar)
Proficient in written and spoken English; comfortable writing content for a U.S. audience.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with a high level of detail and organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with real estate, community development, or urban planning topics.
Experience working with small teams or early-stage startups.
Basic graphic design or video editing experience (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
Understanding of CRM tools and marketing automation workflows.
