Head of Content & Attention
Foundation Robotics Lab
Social media manager job in San Francisco, CA
Our mission is to create advanced robots that can operate in complex environments, reducing human risk in conflict zones and enhancing efficiency in labor-intensive industries.
We are on the lookout for extraordinary engineers and scientists to join our team.
Your previous experience in robotics isn't a prerequisite - it's your talent and determination that truly count.
We expect that many of our team members will bring diverse perspectives from various industries and fields. We are looking for individuals with a proven record of exceptional ability and a history of creating things that work.
Our Culture
We like to be frank and honest about who we are, so that people can decide for themselves if this is a culture they resonate with. Please read more about our culture here ****************************** .
Who should join:
You like working in person with a team in San Francisco.
You deeply believe that this is the most important mission for humanity and needs to happen yesterday.
You are highly technical - regardless of the role you are in. We are building technology; you need to understand technology well.
You care about aesthetics and design inside out. If it's not the best product ever, it bothers you, and you need to “fix” it.
You don't need someone to motivate you; you get things done.
Why Are We Hiring for this Role:
We're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas and answer the question at the center of our communications strategy: How do we get more attention? In our lean, mission-driven team, you won't just execute campaigns-you'll own the strategy, define the playbook, and drive bold, attention-grabbing ideas from concept to reality. You'll take full end-to-end ownership, from shaping our voice to launching wild, magnetic campaigns that make people stop, look, and care.
Key responsibilities include:
Building and leading the communications function, encompassing brand storytelling, media relations, internal comms, and experimental outreach-always with an eye toward new ways to break through the noise.
Defining our voice across press, social, web, events, and unconventional platforms to create authentic, magnetic, attention-winning connections.
Translating complex robotics innovations into captivating stories that spark curiosity and excitement.
Owning launches, announcements, and creative campaigns specifically engineered to generate buzz, virality, and real cultural traction.
Developing and managing diverse content-from thought-provoking blogs and cinematic videos to unconventional creative experiments designed to capture attention.
Amplifying our culture internally and externally, ensuring every message reflects our bold, inventive spirit.
Forging relationships with journalists, influencers, partners, and disruptors who can expand our reach and help amplify our story.
Tracking metrics and iterating strategies to maximize impact, visibility, and brand momentum.
This is an opportunity to wield massive influence in a scrappy, daring environment-think big, act boldly, and deliver the breakthrough ideas that put us on the map.
What Kind of Person We Are Looking For:
We want a strategic creative force-someone obsessed with finding new ways to get attention, spark conversation, and make a brand impossible to ignore. You should crave autonomy, thrive on unconventional thinking, and be energized by a blank slate where you set the direction. We're not looking for corporate polish; we're looking for someone who can invent the strategy, not follow one.
A track record of communications, PR, or branding wins-especially in fast-moving, creative spaces-where you generated attention without massive resources.
An ability to craft crisp, engaging narratives that people remember.
Versatility across mediums-dreaming up unconventional concepts and executing them with flair.
A strategic mindset tuned to spotting opportunities to differentiate, disrupt, and captivate.
A self-driven approach: you initiate, experiment, analyze, and continually iterate to find what gets attention and why.
If you're a bold, imaginative builder who loves creating ideas that stand out, grab attention, and make people care, this is your canvas to define our identity and shape the future of our humanoid robot's brand.
We provide market standard benefits (health, vision, dental, 401k, etc.). Join us for the culture and the mission, not for the benefits.
The annual compensation is expected to be between $ 125 ,000 - $250,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Growth Marketing Manager, Fintech
Gigs, Inc. 4.3
Social media manager job in San Francisco, CA
About Gigs
At Gigs, we're building the operating system for mobile services-a platform that lets tech companies embed global connectivity into their products effortlessly.
Just as Stripe lets any business add a payment button in seconds, Gigs empowers platforms to weave in connectivity-bridging the traditional world of telecom with modern tech. From fintechs launching mobile services to HR platforms offering work phone plans, we automate provisioning and remove telecom complexity.
Our team of around 100 people across the US and Europe, backed by nearly $100 million in funding from Ribbit Capital, Google, and Y Combinator. As one of the fastest-growing tech companies, bringing together early-stage engineers, product builders, and business athletes from companies like Stripe, Airbnb, and Shopify. We're tackling deep technical and regulatory challenges to make connectivity truly seamless.
If you're driven by curiosity, creativity, and the chance to shape the future of telecom, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
The Growth Marketing function at Gigs is focused on scaling our company by driving product adoption, and revenue, by using a data-driven approach to messaging, GTM, and campaigns. We're searching for a data-driven B2B2C marketer who can bring to life the value of connectivity to attract, convert, and retain both businesses and end users. You'll enable ENT sales with content that supports every stage of the funnel-from scalable awareness-driving materials to high-impact conversion and retention content. Post product launch, you'll work with our customers' marketing teams to drive scale.
What you will do
Drive consumer love and business impact: Serve as the connective tissue across internal teams (Design, Product, and GTM) and our customers' Marketing and GTM teams to deliver strong launches and sustained end user growth
Develop revenue-driving partner: Co-create campaigns and content with our partners, reaching the consumers buying phone plans through our customers' apps, with a sharp focus on messaging that moves key metrics like activation and retention.
Inform GTM strategy and analytics: Shape GTM and consumer acquisition strategies using internal data and market insights. Build and operationalize measurement to effectively reach and understand US audiences.
Scale our partner marketing engine post-launch: Partner closely with Gigs teams and customers to evolve launch campaigns into always-on programs, maintaining momentum well beyond day one.
What we are looking for
6-8 years of relevant experience: Background in growth, or product marketing, ideally in a fast-paced (consumer) tech environment.
Strong execution: Comfortable building complex campaign flows and optimizing performance through segmentation, channel mix, and timing.
Analytical and metrics-driven: Sharp analytical instincts, with a track record of partnering with Product, Data, and Finance to define success metrics, implement tracking, and measure impact.
Cross-functional collaborator: Energized by working across teams; you enjoy rallying stakeholders, navigating complexity, and keeping momentum high.
Before You Apply...
The truth is, what we're building isn't easy. We expect a lot, and operate with urgency and ownership. This won't be the right place for everyone, and that's okay.
This role probably isn't a fit if:
You need a lot of structure, or layers of process to do your best work
You prefer to specialize narrowly and wait for direction rather than taking initiative
You're uncomfortable making decisions with imperfect information or wearing multiple hats
You're looking for a “big company” setup - we're still building many things for the first time
But if you're excited by the idea of building from zero, working with passion, and leaving your mark on something that matters - we'd love to meet you.
Work at Gigs
At Gigs, we know that different work styles and teams thrive in different environments. Some work best remotely, while others rely on in-person collaboration to spark creativity and drive execution. We're remote-friendly by design, but we also offer hubs for those who need the energy and focus that only in-person collaboration can bring.
Gigs Pads: Our hubs in San Francisco, London, Amsterdam, and Berlin are vibrant spots where Gigsters connect, collaborate, and create together.
Gigs Republic: Twice a year, our entire company comes together to strengthen bonds, align on big ideas, and share experiences that fuel our culture and ignite growth.
What We Offer
At Gigs, we believe in rewarding excellence. We offer competitive compensation and stock options because we see you as a true partner in our growth. We also provide stipends for your home office or work setup, a budget for learning and development to fuel your career, and of course, a free phone and international data plan

Proven ability to ideate and execute non-traditional campaigns that drive measurable results
Comfortable operating at both strategic level (brand positioning) and tactical level (hands-on execution)

Creative risk-taker who's resourceful and thrives in ambiguity
Bonus: experience with two-sided marketplaces or community-driven platforms
Competitive cash + equity package
Comprehensive medical, dental & vision; unlimited PTO

Global Candidate Experience Manager
Openai 4.2
Social media manager job in San Francisco, CA
About the Team
At OpenAI, we are dedicated to building safe artificial general intelligence (AGI) that benefits all of humanity. Achieving this mission requires hiring extraordinary talent across research, engineering, product, policy, operations, and leadership roles. The Recruiting team sits at the center of this effort, responsible for identifying, attracting, and delivering world-class candidates who align with OpenAI's values and ambitions.
The Candidate Experience team ensures that every interaction a candidate has with OpenAI-regardless of role, region, or level-reflects excellence, fairness, and humanity. This team owns global coordination, interview logistics, onsite experience, and the operational workflows that support all recruiting functions, from Executive and Research to Technical, GTM, and G&A. The Candidate Experience team supports a wide range of hiring modalities-from executive and research to high‑volume technical roles-and we need someone who understands how to adapt across them. As OpenAI scales globally, this team plays a critical role in designing experiences that are both bespoke for highly specialized searches and scalable across rapidly growing teams and offices.
About the Role
As the Global Candidate Experience Manager, you will define, scale, and continuously elevate how candidates experience OpenAI. You will lead a large, geographically distributed team of Recruiting Coordinators and team leads, with responsibility for the systems, workflows, and service standards that enable smooth and exceptional hiring across the entire company.
This role blends global people leadership, operational rigor, and strategic design. You'll build an AI‑first candidate experience model, support some of the most complex and confidential searches at OpenAI, and drive the infrastructure needed to support high‑volume and research‑level technical hiring. You will partner deeply with all Recruiting functions as well as Executive Operations, People Analytics, Internal Tools, and People Innovation Lab.
The ideal candidate has led substantial coordination or recruiting operations teams, scaled programs across multiple offices or countries, and thrives in environments where bespoke workflows and scalable infrastructure must coexist.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading, mentoring, and scaling a global team of Recruiting Coordinators, leads and contingent workers across multiple regions and time zones.
A track record of driving outcomes-not just managing teams-with clear ownership over performance, quality, and operational results.
Owning the end-to-end candidate experience across Executive, Research, Technical, GTM, and G&A hiring.
Building global service standards, SLAs, operating rhythms, and training programs that ensure consistent quality across a decentralized team.
Partnering closely with every Recruiting function at OpenAI to support high‑impact, highly confidential, and fast‑moving searches.
Building global workflows and systems for complex, multi‑loop, or emerging talent profiles where no existing playbook exists.
Improving and operationalizing scheduling, load balancing, shadowing, interviewer readiness, and onsite experience programs.
Collaborating with Internal Tools and People Innovation Lab to embed AI‑first practices into every aspect of coordination and experience.
Driving continuous process improvements that reduce friction, increase fairness, and scale effectively with company growth.
Establishing and reporting on key metrics such as SLA performance, throughput, scheduling efficiency, load distribution, and candidate CSAT.
Partnering cross‑functionally with Executive Operations, People Analytics, Workplace, IT, HR Ops, and Recruiting Leadership to ensure fast, smooth execution across all hiring workflows.
We're seeking:
7+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, candidate experience, or recruiting operations.
5+ years managing and developing large, globally distributed coordination or operations teams.
Experience supporting and partnering with Executive, Research, and Technical Recruiting teams.
Proven ability to design and operate both bespoke, high‑touch candidate journeys and scalable global processes.
Strong proficiency with modern recruiting tools - experience with Ashby and Guide is a strong plus.
A systems‑thinking mindset with the ability to build clarity and structure in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
Comfort experimenting with AI‑driven tooling and workflows to increase efficiency and quality.
Deep empathy and a commitment to fairness, consistency, and exceptional candidate care.
