Main purpose of the position:
This role will report into the Senior Manager, SocialMedia Strategy and will manage all social channels for REVOLVE & FWRD Man, with primary focus on Instagram and TikTok. This role will work closely with REVOLVE & FWRD Man cross-functional teams (buying, merchandising, production) to elevate visual presence and voice, strengthen brand equity and grow the audience across all social channels.
Position responsibilities and daily tasks:
Work closely with the Sr. SocialMediaManager and Content Strategist to establish an annual social calendar that includes all of REVOLVE's key commerce initiatives, brand initiatives and event
Develop detailed social campaigns for all of REVOLVE's key brand initiatives
Establish evergreen messaging and creative strategy for TikTok
Ensure creative, messaging and brand voice is consistent on TikTok and aligned to REVOLVE's evolving brand identity
Manage the day-to-day posting and performance monitoring to ensure creative quality and cohesion
Work closely with Brand Marketing cross-functional teams (Influencer Relations, Events, Partnerships) to ensure excellent social integration and support for REVOLVE events, co-ops and marketing campaigns
Develop / Execute / Iterate audience growth strategies for REVOLVE's TikTok by thinking of creative ways to engage our current community and new followers
Lead creative brainstorms / ideation sessions with larger Content Team to keep creative / content capture fresh and ever-elevating
Work closely with Senior Manager, SocialMedia Strategy and Analytics Team to assess content / strategy performance and provide iterations, monthly (Monthly Content Recaps)
Quarterly competitive research to identify new opportunities
Shoot content for social; as needed

Responsibilities

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare technology, SaaS, or pharmaceutical services
Experience using product management software (e.g., Jira, Aha!) to manage roadmaps, backlogs, and requirements
Proven track record of managing software products from concept through launch and iteration
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with engineering teams in iterative development environments
Familiarity with healthcare or pharmaceutical industry processes strongly preferred
Experience working with cloud-based platforms (AWS or similar), data analytics tools, and software development concepts

About the Role:
The Assistant Manager, SocialMedia, helps shape the voice and visual identity of Million Dollar Baby Co.'s family of brands across social channels. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes culture, design, and storytelling - someone who's just as passionate about analytics as they are about aesthetics.
You'll oversee and support day-to-day content planning & community engagement across all channels. You'll work closely with our creative, brand, partnership, and growth teams to bring each brand's story to life in an authentic, scroll-stopping way.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist in developing monthly and seasonal content calendars for each brand, ensuring alignment with campaign launches and cultural moments.
Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Partnerships, and Growth teams to concept and execute social-first content.
Oversee daily posting and community engagement, maintaining a consistent brand tone and aesthetic.
Utilize a social platform to track performance and uncover insights that guide creative direction and engagement strategy.
Stay ahead of platform trends and emerging formats (Reels, TikTok, Reddit, etc.) to inform strategy.
Guide and mentor a socialmedia team.
What You Bring to the Table:
4-6 years of socialmedia or digital marketing experience, ideally in lifestyle, design, or consumer brands.
Experience working with a socialmedia platform - we use Dash Social.
Proven experience growing brand presence through storytelling, community, and culture.
Deep understanding of social platforms and how to tailor storytelling for each.
Creative, resourceful, and organized - able to pivot quickly and collaborate cross-functionally.
Strong visual sense with an eye for design, typography, and tone.
Passionate about modern parenthood, design, and digital storytelling.
California pay range
$90,000 - $105,000 USD

Key Responsibilities:

Timely Posts and Content Creation: Craft compelling and on-brand posts in response to real-time developments across social platforms (particularly X/Twitter), including calls to action, reactions, and providing thought leadership.
Trend Spotting: Proactively identify viral content, emerging trends, and cultural moments that Live Action can participate in or respond to so that LA can become a dependable breaking source for our audience and enhance our reputation.
Crisis and Breaking News Response: Manage rapid-response socialmedia communications during crises or unexpected events, ensuring messages are on-brand, timely, and impactful.
Content Calendar Integration: Ensure the rapid response strategy complements planned content on all social platforms, while managing the pace of posts to avoid content saturation.
Audience Engagement: Actively engage with followers and influencers, monitoring comments and messages to foster a community and encourage positive discussion around pro-life issues.
Daily SocialMedia Engagement: Assist the team and Director of SocialMedia Marketing on day-to-day socialmedia activity, helping to make sure content aligns with the ongoing goals of Live Action while reacting to daily events in real time.
Skills & Experience:
A deep understanding of X/Twitter's, Youtube, Instagram, and TikTok algorithm and socialmedia trends, especially video
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage high-pressure situations.
Strong writing and content creation skills, capable of crafting succinct, impactful posts on short notice.
Proficiency in socialmedia analytics tools and content management platforms.
Knowledge of political, cultural, and socialmedia landscapes relevant to Live Action's mission.
Comfort with fast-paced environments, able to manage high volumes of posts and responses in real time.
Experience with crisis communications or fast-moving media environments is a plus.
