About the Role: We are looking for a detail oriented, innovative, and proactive Content Operations Director to lead our Operations team. In this role, you will serve as the group leader, requiring excellent communication and leadership skills. You will oversee the entire intake pipeline from delivery through launch, creating documentation and processes, and ensuring all assets arrive ahead of schedule and are ingested and launched by the expected date. Oversee the content pipeline to ensure the team effectively QAs, tracks, validates, troubleshoots and manages content ingestion, while also checking and enhancing metadata to enable the timely launch of titles. Report on Content Operations KPIs and collaborate with Data Science to create metrics to track progress against goals. Design and implement automated workflows and processes to optimize content operations and partner with Product on content platform roadmap initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability..
