We're looking for a proficient Sr. Content Specialist who can work in Digital (2D Image, Video and 3D), Gen-AI content generation, virtual production, and new hybrid customer experience (CX) experiments. This role will focus on creating exciting and innovative experiences using various 3D and Gen-AI technologies for e-commerce. The Sr. Content Specialist is responsible for training team members in new production techniques and must ensure that those methods are scalable and compatible with all existing platforms.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using mac OS

- Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Gen-AI content creation, virtual production, or related field

The Role

The PR Post Graduate supports the administrative duties of the Publicity Assistant, teams, clients, and accounts. A PR Post Graduate is exposed to all facets of the agency from the administrative level and assists in monitoring, updating, researching, and reporting on client services, teams, and tasks. Assist with data input for weekly reporting/client updates
Navigate Muck Rack, updating quality media lists
Research publications, editorial calendars & maintain targeted media lists
Assist with drafting of weekly updates, working with Publicity Assistant
Responsible for media tracking & client reporting (media clips, placement spotlights, digital alerts & calculating PR values)
Establish & maintain effective, respectful & professional relationships with employees and clients

Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in public relations, communication, journalism, marketing, and/or business
Prior PR internship experience required (agency internship experience strongly preferred)
Previous experience with traditional PR platforms is preferred (Muck Rack, Meltwater, Cision, HAROs, etc.)
Proven ability to prioritize and multitask multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail
Foundational knowledge of media relations, news cycles, and Influencer engagement
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including AP writing style
