Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, professional tone; comfortable crafting captions, headlines, and basic scripts. Familiarity with social media best practices and trends across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook; understanding of B2B audiences is a plus. Confident on-camera and behind the camera; comfortable interviewing team members and clients with professionalism. Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail; able to manage a content calendar and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism when coordinating with clients and vendors. Ability to work on-site in St. Louis for content capture; occasional local travel to client sites/events may be required.
