A day in the life… As Social Media & Content Manager, you will define the vision for our digital presence, build a strategic roadmap to bring that vision to life, and lead execution across all social platforms. Proactively engage with influencers, partner brands, and "super-fans" to increase brand sentiment. Analysis & Reporting Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement rate, reach, click-through rate, and conversion. Add captions, subtitles, and social-native graphics. - Produce mobile journalism (MoJo) content regularly, leveraging smartphone workflows, gimbals, mobile mics, and compact lighting to move quickly and publish often from the field. - Repurpose longer packages into multiple short-form clips and social assets with attention-grabbing hooks, thumbnails, and captions. - Monitor social analytics and audience feedback to iterate on formats and story angles that drive engagement and retention. - Collaborate with news managers, producers, and digital content producers to coordinate coverage, storytelling approaches, and editorial priorities. - Maintain and troubleshoot field equipment, manage media and project files, and ensure timely delivery and archival of footage.
