Video Production & Motion Design
Concept, storyboard, shoot, and edit cinematic and social-first videos for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Develop and animate motion graphics, lower thirds, title sequences, and transitions to enhance storytelling and brand polish.
Integrate 3D renders, CGI elements, and composited graphics into video content where applicable.
Collaborate with Videographers on long-form productions such as product features, lifestyle campaigns, and behind-the-scenes stories.
Manage video color grading, sound design, and delivery of final exports optimized for multiple platforms.
Photography & Visual Design
Capture high-quality still photography for social, email, and marketing collateral when needed.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old or older
High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of two (2) years of experience is required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field is a plus.
Experience in marketing, design, or a similar role is required.
Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
Strong photography and video editing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with socialmedia platforms, website CMS, and digital marketing best practices.
Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
Work Conditions:
Works in an office environment and is frequently subjected to the plant area with moving machinery and loud noises. While working on the shop floor, frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration. Noise is generally loud.
