Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience required Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and buyer personas. Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer) and analytics platforms. Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Experience in creating paid social media campaigns and working with advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Business Manager). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse professional audiences.
