PURPOSE STATEMENT: Assess, diagnose and provide clinical services for those with behavioral health disorders ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Apply psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions in the delivery of services to individuals and families for the purpose of treating such diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.
