Perm - Social Worker (LMSW) - Outpatient (Days) We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our outpatient behavioral health team in Southgate, MI. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide crisis intervention and mental health services to adult community members, utilizing telehealth and community-based settings.
