This position is contingent upon continued funding and will be discontinued if funding ends. This position works 183 days per school year, 7.25 hours per day, and follows the Board approved school holiday schedule. SALARY Salary will be commensurate with the level of education and experience of the recommended candidate. Proficiently perform the skills and procedures as outlined in Safe Crisis Management when necessary. Engage in on-going professional development to increase knowledge and skills to improve social, emotional, cognitive and academic outcomes for all students. Collect data, as needed, to evaluate programming and to support the development of function based or other behavior plans. Qualifications Education and experience, essential Must have a masters degree from a school of social work accredited by the council on social work education. Must be certified or licensed in the state where they currently practice. Must have at least one year of social work experience in a health care setting. Salary: $55,00 - $70,000 * Dependent on licensure, education and tenure Schedule: Tuesday 8:30a-6:30p Wednesday 8a-6p (WFH) Thursday 8a-6p Friday 7a-5p Responsibilities * Lead 2-3 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum. * Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework. * Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. * Monitor member progress and document outcomes. * Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members. * Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission. Qualifications * Active clinical license or certification based upon state regulations (LADC, CADC, LCAC, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, etc.). * 2+ years of experience leading groups in a substance use treatment setting. * Tech-savvy: comfortable with EMRs, telehealth platforms, and Google Workspace. * Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care. * Ability to work some evening hours to support member schedules.
