As Lead Counsel, Trading and Derivatives, US & Canada, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support on a wide range of matters relating to the firm's trading activities and derivatives transactions. The successful candidate will work closely with the firm's US trading desk, investment team, operations team, risk management, compliance, and other stakeholders to promote legal and regulatory compliance, manage transactional documentation, and mitigate legal risks associated with derivatives and trading activities. Responsibilities Provide legal advice and support on trading activities and derivatives transactions, including OTC derivatives, exchange‑traded derivatives, swaps, options, futures, and similar instruments.
