Training for each phase of training must be completed prior to providing services required in each phase. Receive additional training and support for continued education regarding high acuity cases. Complete all requirements to be certified in the FCT model within 9 months of the start date. Actively participate in weekly team supervision, according to FCT fidelity, in order to staff cases effectively and create a high level of individual and team accountability. Utilize Grand Rounds and additional levels of case staffing in order to solution high acuity cases together internally and on a treatment team. Utilize the FCT model to provide Intensive In-Home services in DCFS/DYS and Arkansas Passe cases, adhering to and ensuring fidelity to the FCT model.
